Requirements:

• Proven 5+ years of sales experience on foreign enterprise-level markets, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in IT company is preferable.

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. Proven experience with Fortune 500 companies is plus.

• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors

• Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

• Excellent speaker and strong communicator with excellent written, presentation and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership skills, ability to think creatively and strategically, excellent judgment and ability to work in a fast-changing and evolving environment.

• Excellent English skills

 

Responsibilities:

Drive full-cycle sales process in the company:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base

• Manage the whole Sales Department

• Find and establish strategic partnerships with companies worldwide

• Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events

• Train and coach team members
