SW Developer (C/Python) for DPDK verification team (offline)

The person will have to work closely with Mellanox’s DPDK PMD and driver design, firmware and architecture teams and gain deep understanding of Mellanox’ products and technologies. to be able to design and implement DPDK applications, which will be used to test and verify Mellanox’ high-end PMD drivers.

Responsibilities
- Develop a constrained-random verification environment with learning ability using Python
- Identify and write all types of coverage measures for stimulus and corner-cases
- Debug tests with design engineers to deliver high quality functionally
- Close coverage measures to identify verification holes and to show progress towards product development and releases
- Develop a direct applications in C, test applications in Python.

Qualifications
- Sc. in computer science or SW/Computer Engineering from a well-recognized university
1-6 years of experience in in software development, preferably with python and C/ C++
- Strong background in designing, implementing and debugging software
- Enjoys working as part of an engaging, collaborative team
- Strong analytical, debugging and problem solving skills
- Creative, motivated and driven worker
- Fluent technical English (speaking and writing)
- Ability to work with remote team.

Advantages:

- Knowledge in one or more of the following Networking areas: Ethernet, VLANs, TCP/UDP/IP, QoS, L2-L3 protocols, Infiniband
