Cloud Support Consultant (offline)

What You Will Do:
- Offer support for Cloud services.
- Monitor overall platform performance and health.
- Provide full lifecycle solutions and maintenance.
- Provide stellar user experience via ticket and calls.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Fluent English (advanced command of both written and verbal English).
- 1-2 years of experience of support in Cloud Services.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Azure/Microsoft operations and technologies
- Experience working with Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience and proficiency in Google Cloud and experience with Azure/Microsoft.
- Ability to analyze and do research.
