Job Description
Experience coaching Scrum teams, ensuring agility and excellent deliveries
Experience in organizing the sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives and daily Scrum meetings
Being an active player focused on the impediments removal process
Experience working in several agile set-ups being a strong change agent
Good knowledge of fundamentals of iterative and incremental development, knowledge of various agile and lean processes and methodologies and ability to speak intelligently about them and awareness of when to apply the various techniques to provide value to the team
Good understanding of fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
Balancing the role of agile-lean leader and execution responsible
Fluent English, strong communication skills

Job Responsibilities

Initiating & Planning sprints/projects
Organize project kick-off/sprint planning meetings
Determine and define project/sprint scope and objectives
Foresee resources needs to reach the objectives
Facilitate project planning by prioritizing tasks, identifying dependencies and work packages, setting deadlines and deliverables
Propose and oversee timelines for engineering projects
Executing sprints/projects
Manage detailed sprints plan and high-level project schedules and plans
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Operationally manage and coordinate internal and external resources efficiently
Liaise with product managers and other PMO colleagues to translate internal and customers roadmap and requirements into engineering plans, processes
Ensure plan accuracy and manage the associated risks
Lead the daily Scrum meetings
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget and quality
Provide regular project updates to various stakeholders
Communicate, report and collaborate consistently with other managers, suppliers, customers and contractors
Monitoring & Controlling projects
Monitor & track progress, change requests, risks
Report and escalate to management as needed
Measure performance and propose improvements
Provide regular report on time spent to finance and customers
Closing sprints/projects
Perform due diligence for necessary processes, e.g. sprint review
Assess the strengths and the weakness and organize a post-mortem/retrospective
