Account Manager (offline)

About:
We coordinate projects with our dedicated development teams due to the productive collaboration between our Account / Project Managers, Recruiters and foreign customers. You are going to both supervise a team of skilled and creative guys and have daily communication with our foreign customers located in Israel, USA and Europe.

Responsibilities:
- Proactive communication with existing clients, aimed at long-term and fruitful cooperation;
- Responding to various kinds of customers requests;
- Timely invoicing and payment control according to contractual arrangements;
- Assist the Project Team in project delivery process, yet focus on building trustful relationships with each customer and developers;
- Discussion of vacancies requirements and active participation in the selection of candidates for the client, based on the clients requests.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience at a similar position in IT area;
- Experience in communication with foreign customers;
- Advanced English level;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
- Strong claim management skills;
- Good sense of humor and a desire to work in a team as well as take personal responsibility. :)
