• experience in IT industry as HR/recruiter 2+ years
• upper-intermediate writing and spoken English
• understanding the goals of recruiting and HR
• experience in building HR processes
• experience in hiring senior/middle developers and project managers
• experience in event and meetup management
• awareness of the IT labor market in Ukraine

What will you need to do?

• develop HR and recruitment strategies together with co-founders
• find, engage and hire candidates
• implement and manage the full-cycle recruiting and HR processes


You will work directly with co-founders and develop all decisions together.
Our working conditions are quite comfortable: a workplace with two monitors or laptop, a playroom, a kitchen, etc. We are located in the center of Mykolaiv at the intersection of Pushkinskaya st. and Potemkinskaya st.
