POSITION: HR Manager
LOCATION: Remote
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruiting and executive search of IT specialists from junior to senior levels.
Active search for candidates using a variety of channels and sources of information for each opened position.
Execution of standard of HR processes and management of the employee lifecycle.
Initial employee onboarding: preparation of all relevant employment documents, corporate and local policies acknowledgement, project compliance verification.
Control of personal documents elaboration workflow.
Administration of leave and vacation schedules.
Maintenance and update of personal files and employee information in the HR management system.
Assisting employees on various HR-related questions and requests.
Establishing personal approach to each employee, coaching, working on team’s spirit, and so on.
Cooperation with the foreign management team.
Required Skills and Experience:
1+ year experience in HR (hiring IT).
Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills
