Middle Project Manager (offline) $800-1600

Required Skills

• Have experience working with management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Notion, etc.)
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
• Be detail-obsessed and organized; we are freaks for accuracy
• Experience and knowledge in email handling
• Experience and knowledge in project management
• Ability to organize files and data to ensure that it is stored appropriately and in instinctive file/folder locations
• Ability to generate, create, and present reports
• Ability to observe confidentiality at all times
• Follow-up on “loose ends” and complete tasks without needing step-by-step instructions or reminders
• Be able to multi-task, manage shifting priorities, and work under pressure
• Work full time during the assigned shift without schedule conflicts (e.g., no other work commitments, personal tasks, commuting)
• Have consistent access to a high-speed, stable internet connection
• Willing to undergo our standard recruitment process


Responsibilities

• Manage projects, adhere to project timelines, identify tasks, and monitor progress of each task and the project
• Schedule, facilitate, and/or attend meeting with different internal teams, the management, external service providers, and business partners
• Generate, manage, and store reports that contain confidential information
• Organize files and data to ensure that it is stored appropriately and in instinctive file/folder locations
• Work with different internal teams, the management, external service providers, and business partners to attain project goals
• Manage, handle and organize emails
• React quickly to non-standard situations and urgent requests
