Project Coordinator (offline)

Work with challenging projects and experienced developers!

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or as Project Manager (preferably – IT industry)
- Understanding of the product development cycle and IT product specifics;
- Experience in establishing business contacts, managing expectations, discussing customer needs, reporting;
- Strong analytical skills, strong negotiation skills;
- Experience with Jira is a must;
- System and creative approach at work, ability to prioritize tasks;
- Proven experience in creating and maintaining project documentation and other materials (Backlogs, Diagrams, Business Rules, Functional & Non-Functional Specifications, User Interface Design Specifications, etc.)
Please add the example of your backlog (which is not under NDA of course) ;
- Upper - Intermediate English (both spoken and written);

Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban;
- Confluence;

Responsibilities:
- Requirements and quality management;
- Communication with the customer, presentation of ready-made solutions;
- Overcoming communication gap between business requirements and technical specifications;
- Building and maintaining customer relations;
- Preparation and maintenance of project documentation.
