Business Development Manager (Payment Experts) (offline)

Primary Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding and operational support for PPN Partners with their products and services to reach more customers.
- Work across multiple internal PayCore.io teams, building relationships and gathering input to effectively deliver the exhaustive directory of payment providers around the globe.
- Identify opportunities to improve our internal tools and processes, including driving automation of repeatable work, and increasing overall team efficiency.
- Develop and track key performance metrics using HubSpot, Microsoft Excel, and other internal PayCore.io systems.
- Drive innovative and creative solutions to partner and PayCore.io sales challenges.
- Work closely and communicate effectively with PayCore.io sales and partners around the world.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Bachelor's degree or higher.
2+ years of program or operations experience in a cross-functional capacity. Experience with global or international markets is a plus.
Exceptional influential oral and written communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Russian.

Working conditions
Normal office environment.
