Lead PHP Developer (offline)

Requirements:

- 4+ years of commercial software development experience;
- good understanding of systems that consist of multiple containers;
- expertise in software design principles: OOD, SOLID, design patterns;
- hands-on experience with PHP technologies, specifically: Ratchet, Yii2, Yii2-Bootstrap;
- expertise in PHP ecosystem: tools, libraries, frameworks;
- expertise in MySQL/MariaDB;
- higher education in computer science or engineering or similar;
- great communication skills and proactivity.

Will be a plus:

- 1+ years of team lead experience;
- hands-on experience with running PHP apps using Docker, Kubernetes;
- understanding of domain driven design principles (DDD);
- knowledge of technologies: RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch;
- experience with React;
- experience with SQL queries performance tuning.

Responsibilities:

- technical leadership within team of developers;
- technical design for new initiatives and solutions within project team;
- technical excellence organization such as code review, unit testing, performance tuning and so on;
- implementation of important product parts;
- monitoring and elimination of technical debt;
- mentoring of other developers in team;
- continuous improvement of code quality;
- work in close collaboration with others in a team and across the business;
- cooperation with IT-engineers in order to support technical infrastructure of the product.
