Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT project management
- English — upper intermediate (spoken and written) and higher;
- Understanding and having experience in software development life cycle;
- Knowledge of project management principles, concepts and practices;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies;
- Ability to analyze information, evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems;
- Goal oriented mindset;

Would be a plus:
- Technical background: development / design / QA expertise;
- Some experience with development or understanding of underlying base technology (-ies) in one of the following: Angular, Java, .NET, mobile development (iOS, Android);

Duties:
- Participate in scope definition and projects estimation;
- Participate in pre-sales processes;
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks;
- Manage conflicts, motivation, performance within a team;
- Prepare external and internal reports;
- Participate / organize / be involved in presenting Increments (completed solutions, prototypes, demo etc);
- Lead several projects at a time;
- Coordinate cross-functional cooperation.
