Delivery Manager/Head of PM department (offline)

The role will include:

• Coaching, guiding and leading a growing team of PMs (5 people +).
• Supporting the growth and structural development across the department.
• Putting the client first and bringing their perspective to everything you do from pitch stages to delivery.
• Acting as a source of support for the COO team by actively contributing ideas and preparing team content and more.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role will bring:
• +5 years of experience in PM position, 2+ years in PM Lead position
• Support team ramp-up and onboarding (from recruitment and forming teams to process establishment and stabilization)
• Set up best practices (tools, processes, people management), ensure projects meet industry leading quality standards, knowledge sharing with teams and clients
• Monitor changing clients’ needs and proactively offer the right solutions out of the full spectrum of services available
• Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban)
• Ability to perform project manager's activities and provide supervision during Project Initiation,
• A passion for people development across multiple levels and the ability to create opportunities
• Demonstrates expertise in leading larger teams of project managers, having expert knowledge, and being a ‘go-to’ person
• An advocate for change and evolution with a desire to continually make improvements
• Strong quantitative and qualitative skills in fintech project management and experience with mixed methods at a multi-level market
• Excellent communication skills, methodical & organized, and commercially astute
