The person in this role would be responsible for the full cycle of delivering projects within one portfolio. Some of the projects require deep involvement in day-to-day operations. The goal is to ensure that both customers and teams are happy

Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth delivery for 4+ teams/projects;
- People management, recruitment;
- Client expectations management, conflicts resolution;
- Collaborate with teams to come up with optimal technical solutions;

Skills Required
- Advanced people management skills;
- Fluent/advanced English, outstanding communication;
- 5+ years of Project/Program/Delivery management experience;
- Dev background (solid understanding of technology);
- Good understanding of the Product Manager/Owner role;
- Able to consciously choose, sell and implement optimal SDLC;
