Process Manager (offline)

Position description

The Process Manager performs the day-to-day overall management of the processes set up in the company. This role ensures that all process activities are being performed and that they are staffed adequately. Because of the nature of this role, the Process Manager may have another supporting role called the Process Administrator to help keep track of all of the data associated with the process management. The Process Manager is responsible for improving corporate performance by optimizing/improving the business processes of the company. The role of a Process Manager involves controlling, monitoring, measuring, executing, designing, and evaluating business processes.

Responsibilities

Overseeing process execution and coordinating quality activities on demand
Identifying and implementing changes to the process
Identifying exceptions and deviations, as well as management of these situations
Communicating new and changed policies
Ensuring the standards and procedures are being followed
Identifying and implementing process improvement
Creating, analyzing and distributing process reports
Acting as focal point for any requests/issues/questions/etc. related to the process
CAPA management
Following defined escalation path when needed
Notifying the participants about the process non-compliance
Ensuring completeness and integrity of information collected to conduct daily operations
Establishing of measurements and targets to improve process effectiveness and efficiency
Responsible for evaluating the performance of the process
Assisting auditing of the process for compliance with documented procedures
Moving toward digital transformation and automatisation

Requirements

The following abilities, knowledge and skills are required for a process manager to succeed in his/her job.

Required:

Experience in Agile tools (Confluence, Jira)
Possess ability for business management
Ability to discover and establish business process
Ability to design, carry out analysis, and model business processes (BPMN, UML)
Ability to construct business process methodology toolbox
Skill for business process simulation and optimisation
Intermediate+ English (written)
Experience developing operation manuals, policies, and procedures
Works well in team environment, with negotiation and problem solving skills

Will be a plus:

Possess strong interpersonal capabilities and communication skills
Ability to make decisions fast and establish rules towards proper business management
Ability to facilitate business process and monitor other members of staff towards attaining business goal
Ability to establish and govern business process towards excellence performance
Good project management skills
