Creative Director (offline)

As the Creative Director, you will work closely with design and marketing department to deliver engaging content that meets the expectations of our customers and partners.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role.
Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development.
Outstanding leadership and organization skills.
A solid understanding of design, copy and web practices.
Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
Have an in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
Must be a creative and strategic thinker.

Responsibilities:
Creative director ensure the company produces high-quality creative content and oversee the entire creative team, including designers, marketing managers, copywriters etc.
Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
Work with the team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
Evaluate trends, assess new data, create and implement tailored plans.
Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.
Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.
