Head of International Expansion
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing innovative marketing agency idealers. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Expansion Lead to join our team and drive our strategic growth across Ukrainian and European markets.
You will lead the team of 2 employees and be responsible for the whole expansion process on the European market
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Acquisition
- Conduct market and competitor research and analysis.
- Define Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and value proposition.
- Plan and execute outreach campaigns, setting KPIs.
- Review and monitor Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) performance.
- Conduct meetings with potential customers and formulate/approve commercial offers.
- Supervise account management activities.
2. Strategic Partnerships
- Identify and engage with startup accelerators, incubators, early-stage VCs, Angel networks, governmental institutions, and international startup exhibitions/events.
- Establish "warm" contacts with partners and initiate negotiations.
- Develop proposals for cooperation and partnership, agreeing on terms.
- Monitor the progress of agreed conditions on both sides.
- Monthly KPI: 5 new connections, 1 partnership agreement.
3. Supervising PPC Campaigns, SMM and PR
- Define goals for PPC campaigns and delegate tasks to PPC specialists.
- Analyze campaign results and provide feedback for optimization.
- Collaborate with BDO to utilize campaign data for sales and partnership calls.
- Set communication goals for the Social Media Manager (SMM).
- Approve content plans and provide input information for expert content creation..
- Set communication goals for the PR team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles.
- Proven track record in customer acquisition and strategic partnerships.
- Experience in PPC campaigns and external communications (SMM & PR).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian; additional European languages are a plus.
