Marketing manager (offline)

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in IT Outsourcing business (working with B2B, content marketing, digital marketing)
Skills in creating and implementing a marketing strategy from scratch
Successful experience in creating a flow of customers through inbound channels
Successful experience in SEO
Hands-on experience with paid social media funnels;
Successful experience with creating and launching video campaigns;
Experience with split testing, targeting testing, and creative testing in order to compare results across campaigns
Copywriting experience for B2B marketing
Using and tracking the latest ad technologies and best practices
Result-oriented, positive “can-do” and “will-do” attitude
Easy to get along with and enjoys being social
Excellent written and verbal English level and presentation skills

Responsibilities:
Creating and implementing a marketing strategy
Brand development and product marketing
Generating leads through implementing various promotions for b2b products
Working on marketing funnels for getting necessary results+ reporting
Tight cooperation with the Business Development team
Identify the target audience, customers and creating a unique value proposition, buying personas, customer journey map;
Email Marketing from writing content to setting up automation campaigns
Increase websites engagement using different tools such as marketing video, case studies, white papers, analyst reports, ROI, demo, etc
Prospect creation (sales presentation, email, advertising, referrals, partners, social, public speaking, networking, video);
Measure the effectiveness of marketing/SEO campaigns and activities, analyzing and improving them using SEO and Analytics tools
