Project Manager (offline)

We’d like to find out in you:
— 2+ years of experience in full-cycle project management (IT outsource);
— Understanding of software development processes, experience in web development;
— Excellent knowledge of project management methodology, tools and techniques, experience with Agile/Scrum process;
— Managing 2-4 projects simultaneously;
— Upper-intermediate English;
— A flexible personality with strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in mitigation of conflicts;
— Highly energetic, engaging team player, self-motivated and results-driven person.

Nice to have:
— Technical background (QA, Developer, BA ect.) is a strong plus;
— Experience in mobile app development;
— Experience in managing a remote team;
— Project manager, Product Owner or Scrum Master certifications.

We expect you to:
— Managing development process of web and mobile products;
— Developing and managing all aspects of project engagement: pre-sales, estimations, planning, change requests, risks, issues, etc.;
— Performing communications Client↔Team;
— Project resource management;
— Resolving conflicts and motivating team members to meet project goals;
— Holding meetings and creating reports.
