Customer Support (technician) (offline)

Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to work with people
Basic understanding of financial markets
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work accurately and quickly in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English and Russian, both written and spoken

Good to have:
Experience in Futures or Banking industry

Responsibilities:
Provide responsive, courteous, and efficient customer service via telephone, web inquiries, and at the customer site
Provide education and training to customers on all aspects of CQG products, including market data, technical analysis and trade routing interfaces
Utilize and maintain Customer Management Database software
Undertake research, testing, data quality, and documentation projects as appropriate
Provide link between customer and Data Quality/ Product Development in relation to product issues
