SMM manager for US market (offline)

Location: Remote

Skills & Experience:

- Min 2 years of work experience in SMM aimed for native English-speakers
- Design, development, and implementation of Brand awareness from scratch
- Advanced English and Russian
- Excellent content creation and copywriting
- Proven ability to build social media communities
- You can adjust voice for each social media platform
- E-mail marketing skills
- Skilled in Photoshop, Canva or any other graphic service
- Google and Facebook ads
- A/B testing for marketing campaigns and analysis for improvement
- Ability to measure the success of campaigns
- Self-starter with proven ability to multitask
- Great time management skill
- Real knowledge in building of multiple sales funnels
- Analytical mindset and strong attention to details
- Outstanding problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

- Understanding CMS platforms: Shopify/WordPress or similar
- Onsite and offsite SEO strategy management
- Ability to troubleshoot website issues

Responsibilities:

- Create and level up our social pages from scratch
- Create catching content aligned to the organization's strategy
- Upgrade selling website/s: cosmetics, electronics, accessories, health & comfort devices, etc.
- Cooperation with Designer, Product Owner, and Webmaster
- Find the best ways to increase traffic to the selling website/s and Amazon listings
- Manage corporate pages on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.
- Stimulate conversations for brand promotion
- Engage our online communities by responding to comments across all platforms
- Level up brand/s awareness by engaging relevant influencers
- Your thoughts and ideas help our business to reach new levels and make our clients happier and more satisfied

Monday-Friday tasks:

- 2 Website Blog Posts
- 1 Amazon Post for multiple products
- 1 Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok and Twitter post
- 2 Facebook posts and Stories
- 1 Instagram post / 2 Stories on Instagram
- 1 «word-of-mouth» giveaway / weekly
- 1 «value» email to subscribers / weekly
- 1 news-letter / weekly
