We are looking for a Head of Revenue Growth. You will own the full revenue engine across a portfolio of mature, monetizing platforms in social discovery and live-streaming, not one funnel, not one channel, but the whole picture. That means P&L accountability, paid acquisition across mobile and web, monetization strategy, product growth experiments, and the unit economics that tie it all together. In this role, you will

• Own the full revenue funnel and its P&L from acquisition to repeat payments — accountable to ROAS LT0/LT7/LT30 targets and blended payback
• Develop and execute the revenue growth strategy across paid traffic (mobile + web), product growth, and monetization, owning channel mix, budget allocation, and scaling decisions
• Generate, prioritize, and validate growth and monetization hypotheses with Product and Tech, driving prioritization of Product Owner backlogs for growth work
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing across onboarding, activation, paywalls/coin-packs, and pricing
• Own unit economics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, ROAS, payback) and the cohort LTV model; ensure scalable, margin-aware growth given streamer revshare
• Partner with Payments and Risk to maximize payment conversion and approval rates, and expand margin-accretive web/direct billing

• Build revenue dashboards and a single source of truth for performance metrics, with shared metric definitions and transparency across teams

   

It's all about you

• Strong hands-on experience in growth / performance marketing for dating, social discovery, live-streaming, or IAP products, across both mobile apps and web funnels
• Demonstrable strong command of unit economics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, ROMI, payback, contribution margin) — able to build the model, not just read it
• Proven experience scaling paid acquisition on mobile and web: Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic/DSP (e.g., Moloco) are a strong advantage
• Solid experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and funnel optimization
• Strong analytical foundation: SQL and BI tools (e.g., Looker/Tableau), cohort analysis, predictive LTV; working knowledge of mobile attribution/MMP (AppsFlyer/Adjust), web analytics and server-side tracking (GA4, Meta CAPI), web2app deep-linking, and incrementality testing
• Experience managing growth, marketing, or media-buying teams
• Advanced user of Anthropic and OpenAI tools
• Fluent in English (B2+) and Ukrainian

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in fast-paced tech or consumer app environments.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products that drove measurable business results.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to make clear, data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across disciplines.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker).
• A plus: Experience in the gaming, social, or monetization industries, managing in-app purchases and virtual economies.

Обов’язки:

— Проєктувати, створювати та підтримувати BI-звіти та дашборди
— Аналізувати бізнес-вимоги та перетворювати їх на звітні рішення
— Працювати зі стейкхолдерами для визначення KPI, метрик та логіки даних
— Писати та оптимізувати SQL-запити
— Перевіряти точність даних та досліджувати невідповідності
— Підтримувати покращення моделювання даних та звітного шару
— Співпрацювати з Data Engineers, Business Analysts, PMs та стейкхолдерами з боку замовника
— Готувати документацію для звітів, метрик та джерел даних
— Вносити вклад у розвиток BI best practices у межах юніту

Вимоги:

— 5+ років досвіду у BI, data analytics або data engineering
— Досвід роботи з Power BI, Tableau, Looker чи подібними інструментами буде плюсом
— Просунуті навички роботи з SQL
— Досвід моделювання даних, роботи зі структурами даних та data warehousing
— Розуміння процесів ETL/ELT та data pipelines
— Досвід очищення, валідації та контролю якості даних
— Вміння працювати з великими наборами даних та складною бізнес-логікою
— Добре розуміння бізнес-звітності, KPI та дизайну дашбордів
— Досвід прямої роботи зі стейкхолдерами для збору вимог та уточнення звітних потреб
— Рівень англійської Upper-Intermediate+

Буде плюсом:

— Досвід роботи з урядовими, державними, медичними, фінансовими або іншими регульованими доменами
— Досвід роботи з Azure, AWS, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks або Redshift
— Python або R для аналізу даних

— Experience with data cleaning, validation, and data quality control
— Ability to work with large datasets and complex business logic
— Good understanding of business reporting, KPIs, and dashboard design
— Experience working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify reporting needs
— Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Will be a plus:

— Experience with government, public sector, healthcare, finance, or other regulated domains
