We’re launching and scaling a new outbound sales direction and are looking for a Sales Manager (Outbound) who will work hands-on with LinkedIn and email outreach and help us consistently generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.

This role is focused on execution, experimentation, and results. You’ll work within existing company standards and processes, with enough freedom to optimize and improve outreach — without building or managing a sales team.

What You’ll Do

• Launch and develop LinkedIn and email outbound sales campaigns based on approved company standards
• Work hands-on with outbound outreach: prospecting, messaging, follow-ups, and personalization
• Develop and test outbound messaging, sequences, and value propositions
• Research ICPs, target accounts, and decision-makers
• Track outreach performance and optimize conversion rates at each stage
• Maintain accurate reporting and CRM updates
• Collaborate closely with founders, marketing, and delivery teams to align messaging and offers

• Continuously improve outreach quality using data, feedback, and modern tools, including AI-powered solutions

• Proven experience with LinkedIn and cold email outbound sales (IT services, digital agencies, or SaaS preferred)

About the role:

Unite Cloud is a cloud-native platform, fully built, deployed, and operated in Microsoft Azure.
Cloud is not an extension of the system - it is the core and only runtime environment for all services.

From a technical perspective, the project uses ASP.NET Core with microservices architecture on the backend, Angular with Material UI on the front end, and Azure with GitHub Actions for CI/CD and deployment.

The project is under active development, and you will continuously work on new functionality and improvements. At 3Shape, software development is carried out by self-organizing agile teams using Scrum as the primary development methodology.
 

Areas of responsibility:

• Develop and maintain backend services using ASP.NET Core
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, refactoring, and adherence to best practices
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs between the frontend and backend
• Operate, debug, and maintain cloud-based systems running in Azure
• Build, deploy, and operate cloud-native services in Microsoft Azure

We’re looking for a Content Manager with at least 1 year of commercial experience, who’s ready to take ownership of website content, ensure high quality and accuracy, and help us maintain and scale our digital platforms.

Our customer is a technology-driven company developing a high-end Software Defined Radio (SDR) product, already moving from prototyping to commercial production (hundreds of units).

Your tasks:

• Design, develop, and optimize real-time embedded software for a high-performance SDR system
• Implement high-speed data paths inside the SDR and between the SDR and external devices (PC / cloud)
• Develop user-space and kernel-space software on NXP processors
• Work with DPDK-based networking, including UDP/TCP data processing and secure data transmission
• Participate in system-level development involving RF front-end, FPGA (integration level), and processors
• Implement and operate the control plane (internal SDR logic and external communication)

We’re looking for a Junior Manual QA Engineer who will help us ensure the quality and stability of our products as we continue expanding our product line.

You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and QA teammates to test new features, validate requirements, and help us deliver releases confidently and on time.

• Write test cases, checklists, and testing documentation

• Execute effective KYC, CDD, and EDD processes for clients and counterparties. Perform annual and ad-hoc due diligence checks
• Design and deliver compliance training programs for company staff to foster a culture of compliance.
• Periodically revise and update internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with evolving laws
• Manage the Complaints Registry and resolve client complaints in a timely and compliant manner.
• Manage AML/CFT controls, including the filing of SARs and STRs to relevant authorities.
• Monitor accounts for suspicious transactions, potential fraud, and/or unlawful activity
• Identify complex compliance risks and devise mitigation strategies. Conduct regular AML/CFT risk assessments.
• Prepare quarterly and annual compliance reports to management and regulators
• Review and approve marketing campaigns and handle due diligence/KYC for marketing partners

Requirements

• At least 2 years working experience in a Compliance role within the Fintech, Crypto, or CFD industry 
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Degree in law, finance, or economic
• Deep understanding of AML/CFT regulations, KYC/CDD procedures, and Marketing compliance standards.
• Good knowledge on provisions of regulations, laws, directives in AML
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations into actionable business advice

This is a performance-critical role focused on character-based VFX for a heavy infantry unit (“Friendly Soldier 3”) using a Gatling machine gun. The game is fast-paced and requires effects that are clear, efficient, and visually strong without creating noise or performance issues.
