Required Skills and Experience (Must Have)

• Hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., IAM, SQS, RDS, Redis/ElastiCache, S3, SNS, Lambda, VPC), including troubleshooting misconfigurations and dependency issues across environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python for automation frameworks, test development, and scripting; ability to read/debug Go services is a plus.
• Practical Kubernetes experience (namespaces, Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps/Secrets, RBAC, HPA, Helm) sufficient to reason about application deployment, scaling, and test impact.
• Experience designing black-box/gray-box tests for infrastructure and configuration correctness, ideally in a GitOps / Infrastructure-as-Code setup (Terraform, Git repositories as the source of truth).
• Comfortable using observability platforms (New Relic, OpenTelemetry, or similar) to monitor latency, error rates, saturation, and dependencies as part of validation and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Infrastructure-aware QA Automation Specialist, you will design and implement automated tests for APIs, backend services, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring correctness across environments and CI/CD pipelines for medical software and connected devices. You will collaborate closely with Developers, SRE/DevOps, and Product to use IaC, GitOps, and observability platforms (e.g., New Relic) to validate system health, scalability, and reliability before and after releases. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for APIs, backend services, and infrastructure/configuration correctness in AWS and Kubernetes-based environments.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab/Jenkins) as risk-based quality gates, defining stages, thresholds, and actions on failure in collaboration with Dev and SRE teams.

Join a fast-growing European deep-tech startup developing advanced autonomy and perception solutions for next-generation UAV systems. We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Drone/Robotics Engineer to bring cutting-edge autonomy software from the lab to the field. 

In this role, you will integrate and deploy autonomy algorithms across a wide range of UAV platforms — from agile FPV drones to large fixed-wing aircraft. Acting as the crucial link between our autonomy software and the drone systems, you’ll work hands-on to ensure seamless integration and reliable performance in real-world environments.

You’ll collaborate with an international team of engineers and researchers across Europe, as well as local partners in Ukraine. Expect a dynamic mix of field testing, system integration, and close teamwork with both hardware and software specialists.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a key member of the engineering team responsible for deploying autonomy solutions across diverse UAV platforms.
• Developing robust interfaces between autonomy algorithms and drone flight controllers.
• Integrating and testing full-stack autonomy solutions on partner platforms, often in close collaboration with partner engineering teams.
• Providing structured feedback to the autonomy development team, based on observations from field tests and operational flights.
• Traveling to partner sites to work on-site and ensure the solutions function reliably in demanding real-world conditions ("in the dirt"). You will mostly be working with our Ukrainian partners.

What we expect from you

• Strong Proficiency in working in a fully terminal-based Linux environment without reliance on GUIs, shell scripting for automation and deployment tasks, Linux file system and command-line tools, and debugging system-level issues using the Linux terminal.
• Experience working with drone flight controllers such as Ardupilot, or PX4.
• Familiar with embedded Linux devices such as Raspberry Pi’s, NVIDIA Jetsons.
• Solid understanding of UAV components and hardware, including battery management and practical electronics, with hands-on experience. Ideally you have built, flown, and debugged a drone yourself
• Practical experience building and deploying Docker containers.
• Experience of both Python and C++ is a plus.
• A willingness to pick up and learn new concepts quickly and to self-acquire missing background knowledge.
• A high degree of autonomy, determination and grit in making cool tech work.
• Being comfortable travelling often in Ukraine and for extended durations (up to 3 weeks)

Основні обов’язки

• Деталізація витрат через складні SQL-запити до даних для виявлення приросту витрат.
• Робота з аномаліями, прогнозами та причинами відхилень витрат, пошук причин та комунікація із відповідальними командами.
• Моніторинг цілісності тегування та відповідності інстансів затвердженим вимогам.
• Створення, розвиток та супровід дашбордів у Amazon QuickSight.

Шукаємо Growth Product Manager в мобільну команду продукту DramaShorts.

Які виклики тебе чекають:
— Овнерство за розвиток мобільного продукту: від ідеї до запуску та подальшої оптимізації.
— Запуск фіч end-to-end: пріоритизація, постановка задач у Jira, координація команди, реліз у продакшен.
— Проведення A/B тестів, генерація, валідація та обробка продуктових гіпотез.
— Робота з ключовими продуктовими метриками та прийняття data-driven рішень.
— Взаємодія зі стейкхолдерами (розробка, маркетинг, аналітика, контент) і узгодження пріоритетів.

Що для нас важливо:

— Досвід Product Manager на мобільному продукті (iOS / Android) від 2+ років.

— Робота з даними: розуміння ключових продуктових метрик, вміння робити аналіз та приймати рішення на основі даних.

— Досвід A/B тестів та експериментів: формування гіпотез → запуск → аналіз → рішення.

— Stakeholder management: вміння узгоджувати пріоритети між продуктом, маркетингом, аналітикою, креативом/контентом.

— Розуміння технічних обмежень (API, backend/frontend логіка) на рівні, щоб якісно ставити задачі й приймати trade-offs.

— End-to-end delivery: запуск фіч “з нуля до продакшену” + оптимізація за метриками.

Nice-to-have:

— Досвід монетизації mobile apps глибше: ціноутворення, офери, промо, winback.

Основні вимоги

• Досвід: від 2 років на аналогічній посаді BA/SA у сферах IT, фінтеху, банківського сектору або аудиту
• Методологія аналізу: Глибоке знання SDLC, BABOK (зокрема моделі BACCM), Agile-методологій
• Проєктування та Моделювання: Досвід опису FR/NFR, формування Roadmap та MVP. Експертне володіння інструментами візуалізації бізнес-процесів (UML, BPMN діаграми)
• Системний аналіз: Вміння проводити комплексний аналіз процесів, будувати гіпотези, визначати ключові ознаки в даних та формувати висновки для постійного вдосконалення системи
• Технічна база: Досвід формування ТЗ для впровадження доробок. Знання SQL (бажано практичний досвід роботи з базами даних)
• Стек протоколів: Розуміння принципів клієнт-серверної архітектури та мережевих протоколів (HTTP/HTTPS: структура URI, методи запитів, коди стану, черги, базові принципи RESTful API)
• Комунікації та Документація: Досвід підготовки звітів та презентацій результатів аналізу. Успішний досвід ведення переговорів на рівні власників бізнесу (Stakeholders) та осіб, що приймають рішення
• Інструменти: Впевнена робота з Jira, Confluence та документальним супроводом проєктів

• Знання нормативно-правових актів у сфері банківської діяльності
• Розуміння вимог законодавства щодо фінансового моніторингу та протидії легалізації доходів (AML/KYC)

Основні обов’язки

• Проєктування процесів: Розробка бізнес-процесів для запуску кредитних продуктів та супровід поточних процесів ризик-менеджменту
• Методологія: Розробка, актуалізація та затвердження методик прийняття рішень та інструкцій для Кредитного центру
• Робота з даними: Системний аналіз, опрацювання гіпотез щодо впливу непрямих показників, формування даних для аналізу
• Product Ownership (частково): Участь у формуванні беклогу проєкту та версій патчів
• Оптимізація: Моніторинг процесів, виявлення «вузьких місць» та розробка пропозицій щодо їх вдосконалення
• Compliance: Підготовка інформації для звернень регулятора та внутрішнього аудиту
