- Управління вимогами продукту: збір, аналіз, уточнення та формалізація вимог; підготовка ТЗ/технічних завдань, специфікацій, критеріїв приймання.

- Організація процесу розробки: синхронізація робіт по апаратній та програмній частині, узгодження пріоритетів та залежностей між командами.

- Відстеження прогресу та звітність: регулярний трекінг статусу проєктів, контроль дедлайнів, системна комунікація з керівництвом та користувачем (статуси, рішення, ескалації).

- Документація та підготовка запуску: ведення технічної та проєктної документації, підтримка актуальності артефактів проєкту, підготовка до запуску продукту/партії.

- Взаємодія з постачанням та обліком: узгодження потреб у

матеріалах/комплектуючих, контроль строків/узгоджень, дисципліна витрат і прозорість даних.

- Метрики/KPI та покращення процесів: збір показників, розрахунок KPI, ініціація змін для підвищення швидкості, якості та прогнозованості delivery.

- Комунікація з користувачами: збір фідбеку, участь у рішеннях щодо виправлень/покращень, контроль реалізації.

Вимоги до кандидата

- 2+ роки досвіду в ролі Project Manager / Product Owner (технічні

продукти/проєкти).

- Досвід впровадження інженерних рішень та управління проєктами/командами розробки.

- Розуміння життєвого циклу розробки апаратних і програмних продуктів (від вимог до запуску та ітерацій).

- Знання методологій управління проєктами та досвід використання (Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Hybrid — під контекст).

- Знання підходів до збору, аналізу та формалізації вимог (ТЗ/специфікації, acceptance criteria).

- Відмінні комунікаційні та організаційні навички, вміння будувати взаємодію між командами і стейкхолдерами.

Основні обов’язки

• Виявлення вимог та аналіз бізнес-потреб замовника щодо майбутнього продукту чи процесу 
• Моделювання поведінки системи та проєктування рішень за допомогою нотацій UML (згідно переліку функціональних та нефункціональних вимог), а також за необхідності створення “початкових” макетів/mockups/wireframes систем інтерфейсу 
• Здійснення аналізу проблемних областей і внесення пропозицій для поліпшення 
• Написання технічної документації необхідної для ведення проєкту, сервісу і передача продукту замовнику (інструкції, технічні завдання, специфікації) 
• Підтримка в актуальному стані опису проєкту/процесу/технології, історії змін та версій в Jira, звіти про тестування на confluence, статус виконання завдань командою розробки в Jira 
• Здійснення декомпозиції завдань, передача в команди розробки, залучення (за потреби) необхідних підрозділів та контроль виконання 
• Валідація схеми тестування функціоналу системи від тестувальника та при потребі проведення первинного тестування функціональності 
• Аналіз помилок, збоїв та причин їх виникнення в роботі систем з подальшим визначенням дій для їх недопущення

Основні вимоги

• 2+ роки комерційного досвіду системним аналітиком
• Знання принципів роботи SQL та NoSQL (базовий рівень)
• Знання загальних понять архітектури ПЗ
• Знання засобів моделювання бізнес-процесів, даних, інфраструктури
• Розуміння принципів роботи з API
• Досвід написання технічних завдань або розробки схем бізнес-процесів використовуючи UML, глибокого пропрацювання задач
• Досвід аналізу проблем та генерації ідей по їх мінімізації або повного усунення
