WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own end-to-end solution delivery on the assigned account(s)

• For the top management and client - act as a single point of responsibility over any delivery related matters, including escalations, upsells, ramp-downs, etc

REQUIREMENTS

• Practical experience in delivering projects in Data and Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence. Familiar with relevant technological solutions, industry best practices

• Good understanding of data engineering challenges and proven experience with data platform engineering (batch and streaming, ingestion, storage, processing, management, integration, consumption)

• At least 5 years of experience in gathering and understanding customer business requirements to introduce Big Data technologies

• Familiar with multiple Big Data technology stacks (e.g. Hadoop, Yarn, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, Kafka, etc)

Кого ми шукаємо

Ми в пошуках UiPath RPA Developer (RPA розробника), який допоможе нам в реалізації проектів по розробці та впровадженню програмних роботів на базі платформи UiPath.

Вимоги до кандидата:

- Досвід роботи з .NET, C#, Python або іншими мовами програмування;

- Вміння аналізувати бізнес-процеси та розробляти ефективні рішення для їх автоматизації;

- Досвід роботи з UiPath або іншою RPA технологією (бажано);

- Здатність ефективно працювати як в команді, так і самостійно;

- Високий рівень організаційних та комунікативних навичок;

- Рівень англійської мови - intermediate або вище.

Ваші обов'язки будуть включати:

- Розробка та впровадження RPA рішень на платформі UiPath;

- Співпраця з командою для ідентифікації та аналізу процесів, що підлягають автоматизації;

- Підтримка та оптимізація існуючих RPA рішень;

- Участь у плануванні проектів та співпраця з іншими відділами для забезпечення успішного впровадження рішень.

Процес відбору:

Вимоги:

Досвід роботи з 1С:Підприємство 8.x не менше 2 років.

Глибоке знання конфігурації ЗУП (Зарплата та управління персоналом, редакції 2.1). Бухгалтерія для Україні редакція 1.1/ 1.2. BAS проф

Розуміння кадрового та зарплатного обліку (від прийому на роботу до звільнення, розрахунки, податки, ПДФО, ЄСВ тощо).

Навички роботи зі звітом 1ДФ, ЄСВ, відпустками, лікарняними, преміями, графіками роботи.

Досвід оновлення та адаптації конфігурацій під потреби підприємства.

Володіння мовою запитів 1С, знання платформи 1С, об’єктної моделі, механізмів обміну даними.

Основні обов’язки:

Розробка, доопрацювання та супровід конфігурацій 1С:Підприємство (переважно Зарплата та управління персоналом, редакції 2.1).

Налаштування бізнес-процесів у підсистемах кадрів, нарахування зарплати, податків, відпусток, лікарняних тощо.

Розробка звітів, обробок і документів у межах кадрового обліку.

Оптимізація існуючих механізмів, автоматизація розрахунків та інтеграцій.

Участь у впровадженні оновлень, тестуванні змін і консультуванні користувачів.

Підтримка актуальності форм звітності відповідно до чинного законодавства.
