The Role

You’ll be producing high-converting video ads at scale — UGC, AI-generated content, and VSL-style creatives for Meta. The goal: ~60 minutes of finished video per month, with minimal revisions needed.

You’ll work from detailed briefs written by a dedicated Creative Strategist, with structured feedback loops and clear direction. No guessing what the client wants — every brief is specific, every iteration is data-driven.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

— Edit UGC, AI-generated, and VSL-type video ads for Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
— Perform post-production: cutting, titling, color correction, after-effects, sound mixing
— Edit and create long-form video content using recorded footage and in-house graphics
— Produce engaging short-form content for Facebook, YouTube, and other marketing channels — Deliver high volume of polished videos with little to no revisions
— Collaborate with the Creative Strategist and Creative Director on iterations and new concepts
— Know enough about video editing to speak the language and spot problems early

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re open on niche background — you don’t need ecom experience specifically. What matters is speed, quality, and the ability to take a brief and turn it into a scroll-stopping ad.

— 1+ year of experience as a Video Editor producing ad creatives or performance content 
— Strong skills in post-production: editing, color correction, motion graphics, sound design

THE ROLE

You’ll own the creative output for one brand — not five, not ten. One. That means deep context, sharp angles, and briefs that actually move the needle.

Your job is to produce ~20 detailed creative briefs per week, coach video editors on execution, and constantly iterate based on ad account data. You’re the bridge between performance data and creative execution.

• Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance ingestion/enrichment pipelines for internal content (parsing/extraction, normalization, metadata enrichment, deduplication, and quality monitoring)
  • Improve indexing and retrieval performance and quality (chunking/segmentation refinements, embedding/index update workflows, metadata filtering, caching) and support hybrid retrieval capabilities (vector + keyword/BM25 + metadata)
  • Implement and maintain access-aware retrieval by propagating/enforcing document permissions through indexing and query-time filters, including audit logs and validation tests
  • Improve source attribution so responses reliably point to the correct documents and sections in a consistent format.
  • Extend and harden tool/workflow execution and automations (scheduled/trigger-based), including retries, timeouts, idempotency, concurrency controls, and run history
  • Develop and maintain evaluation and regression testing (golden sets, automated scoring) and support structured comparisons across LLM providers/models as required

• Mandatory Skills Description:

  8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science and 5+ years in Machine Learning, with a proven track record, demonstrated through a robust portfolio of projects.
  Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and familiarity building ETL pipelines.
  Expertise in SQL and experience with both relational (preferably Postgres) and NoSQL databases (Open Search or Elastic Search)
  Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and their services.

As a Software Developer for the D2E Platform team, you will focus on building high-performance backend systems and orchestrating distributed data workflows. You will work with meteorological formats (GRIB, NETCDF, GEOTIFF, Zarr), geospatial transformations, and scalable infrastructure, contributing directly to the foundation of our data ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-performance async backend code in Rust (Tokio), managing concurrency and binary data structures.
• Optimize distributed Python workflows with Dask and orchestrate pipelines using Prefect.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for high-concurrency, non-blocking access to meteorological and geospatial data.
• Standardize Zarr outputs, ensuring metadata, CRS, and affine transforms are correct for downstream systems.
• Integrate multiple data sources, including radar, nowcasting, ECMWF, and GCP grids.
