Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain core gameplay systems, including player controls, combat mechanics, and AI.

About the Role

We are searching for a Technical Art & Asset Operations Specialist — someone who skillfully merges creativity with technical accuracy to improve, automate, and manage digital asset workflows for interactive ad productions enhanced by AI tools.

• Розробка та підтримка складних mobile UI-фіч у продакшені (екрани, стани, анімації, адаптивність, onboarding та paywall-флоу)
• Проєктування та розвиток UI-архітектури з використанням DI (Zenject): коректні життєві цикли, модульність, мінімальна звʼязаність компонентів
• Робота з Addressables і remote-контентом: довантаження UI, контроль версій, забезпечення стабільності в продакшені
• Забезпечення якості через автоматизоване тестування (unit та інтеграційні тести), покриття критичних сценаріїв, підтримка CI
• Оптимізація продуктивності та використання памʼяті UI (GC, профайлінг, TMP, контроль алокацій)
• Проведення code review та системне зменшення технічного боргу без впливу на delivery
• Участь у релізах і підтримці продакшен-середовища
• Менторинг колег і розвиток інженерних практик у команді

Для нас важливо:

• 6+ років досвіду з Unity (mobile-проєкти)
• Глибоке розуміння ООП, SOLID і практичного застосування патернів проєктування в production-коді
• Впевнене володіння C# та асинхронністю (Task / UniTask)
• Сильний досвід роботи з UI в Unity (TMP, адаптивність, анімації, складні стани)
• Досвід роботи з DI (Zenject або аналоги)
• Практичний досвід з Addressables і remote-контентом (довантаження, версіонування, fallback-логіка)
• Досвід роботи з remote config, feature flags та A/B експериментами
• Розуміння оптимізації перформансу та роботи з памʼяттю в Unity (GC, профайлінг)
• Досвід написання й підтримки автоматизованих тестів (unit, інтеграційні, базові playmode)
   

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід роботи з нативними інтеграціями (Swift/ObjC, Java/Kotlin) або підтримка та розробка Unity-плагінів
• Досвід побудови чи підтримки CI/CD-процесів (mobile-збірки, автоматизоване тестування, релізні пайплайни)
