We are looking for a senior, hands-on leader to own and evolve our internal business systems ecosystem. This role starts with Atlassian Cloud administration and architecture (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Tempo).

You will be the person who can assess the current state independently, redesign architecture where needed, eliminate process and configuration debt, introduce governance, and implement automation and integrations that reduce manual effort and improve reliability. - Own and redesign Atlassian Cloud architecture

Job Description

You have 4+ years of experience on similar position.

You have significant experience with Python. Familiarity with Java or Scala is a plus.

Hands-on experience building scalable solutions in AWS.

Proficiency in NoSQL and SQL databases and in high-throughput data-related architecture and technologies (e.g. Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, MongoDB, AWS Batch, AWS Glue, Athena, Airflow, dbt).

Excellent SQL and data transformation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to simplify complex technical information.

Experience guiding and mentoring junior team members in a collaborative environment.

Design, build, and standardise privacy-first big data architectures, large-scale data pipelines, and advanced analytics solutions in AWS.

Develop complex integrations with third-party partners, transferring terabytes of data.

Align with other Data experts on data (analytics) engineering best practices and standards, and introduce those standards and data engineering expertise to the team in order to enhance existing data pipelines and build new ones.

Successfully partner up with the Product team to constantly develop further and improve our platform features.

Our Requirements:

• You are located in Lviv
• 4-5 years in Project Management
• English level: Upper-Intermediate+
• Understanding of SDLC
• Understanding of methodologies(especially SCRUM framework)
• Practical experience working with T&M and Fixed-price projects
• Practical experience working with project management tools(Jira, Monday, ClickUp, etc.)
• Practical experience running scrum ceremonies(planning, daily scrums, retro, etc.)
• Experience with invoicing and cost management
• Practical experience in People Management(1:1, performance appraisals, people development plan, etc.)

• Practical experience with client-facing and managing customer expectations

   

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage 2-3 small projects at the same time (be responsible for timeline, scope, and budget)
• Manage customer expectations at all stages of the project

Position overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support an enhancement project focused on improving a critical analytics application. The application integrates data from multiple sources, processes insights through Power BI, and delivers them via Azure Data Factory. The upcoming work will emphasize incorporating historical data capabilities to strengthen analytical insights and provide more comprehensive reporting.

Requirements
 

• 4+ years of experience working as a business analyst
• Strong knowledge of business analysis and requirements management
• Leverage understanding of asset classes (equities, fixed income, alternatives), investment strategies, and wealth management operations to provide informed analysis and recommendations.
• Skills in analyzing and documenting requirements, requirements management, and modeling
• Skills in managing requirements throughout the project, knowledge of the main models of the project's life cycle
• Ability to skillfully convert vague and unstructured information into distinct requirements
• Experience in supporting sales during the RFI/RFP stage and discovery phase
• Good spoken English
