    Our Customer is a German company, which offers IT solutions in the digital automotive aftermarket. We work together as one team with PO, sales, and analysts. We value our team atmosphere a lot, as we believe that we can both - work hard and have fun together.     PROJECT

     

    The project is a web application that solves a specific issue in the automotive aftermarket. It brings together parts wholesalers, suppliers, and service stations, transforming the return process from manual and annoying to digital and effective. Also, the product helps all aftermarket stakeholders save on transportation and processing costs. It minimizes the effort required to prepare and handle return cases. The solution reduces the risk of errors and wrong decisions, and, last but not least, it helps reduce CO2 emissions. 

    This solution drastically improves the handling of returns. By digitalizing and simplifying the routine manual processes, it saves users save costs, time, and increases their Customer satisfaction. 

    We work as a Scrum team in a very close collaboration with PO to delivere not only new features, but also our ideas for developing and enhancing the product.

    Qualifications

     

    • At least 6 months of commercial software development experience 
    • Experience with Angular (we use 17): components, routing, HTTP client, and reactive forms 
    • Experience with ASP.NET Core: building REST APIs, middleware basics, dependency injection 
    • Experience with Entity Framework Core: code-first, migrations, and LINQ queries 
    • Basic knowledge of Azure 
    • Knowledge of Git version control and experience working with GitHub/GitLab 
    • Upper-Intermediate level of English

    • Strong expertise in operations management and business strategy.
    • A track record of leading teams, driving growth, and managing budgets.
    • Experience with board governance and stakeholders relations is a plus.
    • Familiarity with grant management is a plus.
    • C1 level of English is required.

    • Responsibilities:

      β€’ Provide Technical Support: Respond to requests via the ticketing system and in person, assisting with hardware, software, and network-related issues.
      β€’ Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems for end-users, escalating more complex issues to different departments if needed.
      β€’ Hardware Troubleshooting: Perform basic diagnostics on computer hardware, including desktops and laptops, ensuring timely and effective resolution of hardware issues or referral to a service center as necessary.
      β€’ Workstation Arrangement and Decommission: Set up and configure computers for new employees, including OS deployment and troubleshooting.
      β€’ Network Configuration and Troubleshooting: Configure and troubleshoot network connections, including LAN/WAN setups.

       

    • Mandatory Skills Description:

      β€’ Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
      β€’ Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
      β€’ Proficiency with Windows OS.
      β€’ Basic knowledge of Linux and MacOS.
      β€’ Familiarity with Office 365 software.
      β€’ Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
      β€’ Knowledge and experience in hardware troubleshooting and components replacement.
