Responsibilities

• Develop, adapt, and animate web interfaces in Webflow.
• Optimize and maintain existing company projects.
• Perform basic SEO setup and configuration.
• Prepare documentation and provide project handover support.
• Develop additional functionality, including form setup, complex animations, and integrations.
   

Requirements

• 2+ year of experience with Webflow.
• At least 6 months of design experience, with an understanding of UI/UX principles in web applications.
• Ability to ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Proficiency in animations, especially using GSAP.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
• Experience with popular libraries (Swiper, Finsweet, etc.).
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web development.
• Experience with integrations using Zapier, Make, or n8n (at least one) and basic API handling.
• Skills in form handling and submission processing.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles.
• Ability to write documentation and support projects post-handover.

We are looking for an Automation Specialist to design and implement workflow solutions for commercial projects. You will analyze client business processes, integrate tools, and build automated systems using Low-code and Python to eliminate manual work.

A new team member will be in charge of

• Analyzing clients' business processes, gathering requirements, and proposing automation solutions
• Building and optimizing automation workflows using Make, n8n, Zapier, and CogniAgent
• Developing reliable API and webhook-based integrations between CRMs, ERPs, and marketing platforms
• Writing Python scripts for complex custom automation logic when standard low-code features are insufficient
• Working with databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL, writing SQL queries, and ensuring data synchronization
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and scaling existing automations to ensure stability

Does this relate to you?

• 2+ years of experience in business process automation and workflow design
• Experience with AI-powered automation tools
• Strong expertise with Make, n8n, or Zapier
• Medium Python knowledge for data manipulation and solid SQL skills
• Deep understanding of APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and data management principles
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate technical solutions to clients directly
• English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher for direct communication

Nice to Have

• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Looker Studio

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in automation, process optimization, or operations
• Practical experience using AI tools for process optimization
• Experience with no-code / low-code automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, and similar platforms
• Experience working independently with documentation and troubleshooting resources
• High level of ownership and self-motivation
• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and able to plan and prioritize own tasks effectively
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and organize personal workload effectively
• Strong communicator able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders, self-motivated, proactive, and ownership-driven.
