Основні обов’язки:

• Конфігурація Ivanti: Створення, налаштування та оптимізація довідників, форм, бізнес-об'єктів та логіки робочих процесів (Flow) у Ivanti Neurons
• Складна Автоматизація: Розробка та впровадження рішень для автоматизації процесів, включаючи використання Node-RED або інших інструментів інтеграції
• Кастомізація JavaScript: Програмування кастомної логіки, валідації та модифікації інтерфейсів Ivanti за допомогою JavaScript
• Робота з Даними: Пряма взаємодія з базою даних Ivanti: написання складних SQL-запитів для звітності, міграції даних та забезпечення цілісності системи
• Системна Інтеграція: Налаштування та підтримка двосторонніх інтеграцій Ivanti з зовнішніми системами через API (REST/SOAP).

Основні вимоги:

• Ivanti Neurons (База): Глибокі знання архітектури та навичка конфігурації довідників, форм та правил саме у цій платформі (або готовність швидко освоїти при наявності досвіду з аналогом)
• JavaScript (JS): Впевнене володіння JS для кастомізації інтерфейсів та серверної/клієнтської логіки
• SQL (Advanced): Вміння писати складні запити (JOINs, підзапити) та розуміння реляційних баз даних
• API (REST/SOAP): Чітке розуміння протоколів та навичка конфігурації інтеграцій на основі REST та SOAP API
• Node-RED (Перевага): Знання та практичне використання Node-RED для побудови інтеграційних та автоматизаційних флоу

About the Role 
 

As an Automation Anywhere Developer, you design, build, and run automation solutions that solve real business problems across our clients’ operations. We hire at medium and senior level; scope and rate follow experience. Business Analysts lead discovery and requirements gathering; you translate documented processes into robust, maintainable workflows and own them in production. 

• Design solutions: Analyze business processes and recommend the right automation approach for each use case: RPA, API integration, or a hybrid. 
• Build and integrate: Develop and deploy automations in Automation Anywhere (Control Room, Bot Editor, Bot Runners), with supporting work in Python, JavaScript, or VBScript, and REST API integrations to third-party systems. 
• Release and run: Own your automations end to end in production: monitoring, exception handling, incident resolution, maintenance, and performance optimization. 

Skills and Qualifications 

• 4+ years (medium) or 7+ years (senior) of hands-on RPA development experience 
• Strong Automation Anywhere proficiency: Control Room and Bot Editor are required 
• You have taken at least one automation from PDD to stable production 
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or VBScript for custom components and integrations 
• Practical experience with REST APIs, JSON, and common integration patterns 
• Familiarity with PDD/SDD documentation and structured development lifecycles 
• Understanding of exception handling, logging, and production support practices 

• Professional English communication skills, spoken and written 

   

At Senior Level, Additionally 

• Incident ownership and structured client communication during hypercare and run phases 

• Reviewing solution designs and mentoring other developers 

   

Nice to Have 

• Automation Anywhere Certified Professional (Automation 360: Essentials, Advanced, or Master) 
• UiPath or Blue Prism background: strong developers on these platforms who want to cross-train to Automation Anywhere are explicitly welcome to apply 
• Experience with LLM APIs (for example Claude or OpenAI), IDP, or agentic automation components 
• Exposure to process mining or Power Automate

Practical Details 

• Remote, B2B contract, working hours within CET plus or minus 2 
• Direct client interaction is expected 

• You will work under client data protection agreements and structured access controls
