- Experience: 4+ years with English-speaking clients; 

- Minimum of 4 years experience managing the delivery of software-based content delivery, projects and/or programs; 

- Proficient in effectively communicating to a wide range of audiences in both written and oral form;

🔍 Responsibilities: 

- Lead 3D content and solution development projects between clients, sales staff, and partners to ensure on-time delivery. Requires strong project management skills. Broad knowledge of project management methodologies and proficiency in at least one method. Experience following project management standards; 

- Oversee the delivery of multiple, high-profile projects that use shared resources and require multiple levels of client approval through the process; 

- Conduct kick-off meetings with clients and delivery leads to initiate new projects; 

- Follow company policies for project delivery and contribute to the continued improvement and documentation of these policies as part of the team; 

- Maintain professionalism while keeping clients engaged in the project and aware of their responsibilities for project success; 

- Report project status regularly to clients, management and sales account representatives; 

- Identify project issues and solve them among team members whenever possible; 

- Escalate larger problems/challenges to management with proposed solutions.

Due to team expansion and product growth, we are looking for a Risk Operation Specialist with strong analytical skills to effectively develop and implement the product according to the company’s strategic goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities 

• Monitor market conditions in real time to ensure the seamless operation of trading platforms
• Manage risks associated with clients' trading operations
• Assess user trading activity and implement anti-fraud measures
• Collaborate with other departments (customer support, IT, product team) to ensure efficient client interaction
• Conduct analytics and gather statistics on user trading activity

Requirements

• Experience working with Excel
• English level – Intermediate
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Ability to quickly analyze large volumes of data and make decisions
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with high responsibility

Will be a plus

• Experience in a similar role in the financial or CFD industry
• Experience working with trading platforms (MetaTrader, cTrader, or similar)
• Deep understanding of financial risks and experience working with CFD
