We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer who builds with AI in the loop — both as a daily development practice and as a product capability. You are fluent with coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and ship faster because of them, not despite them. You understand how to design, prompt, evaluate, and operate LLM-backed features in production — including model selection, context engineering, evals, guardrails, and cost and latency tradeoffs.

Твої майбутні задачі:
 

• Розробка нових бекенд-функціоналу з використанням Go як основної мови та частковою роботою з PHP codebase (~80/20).
• Міграція бізнес-логіки з легасі PHP монолітів у Go сервіси.
• Забезпечення стабільності, продуктивності та надійності систем у продакшн середовищі.
• Участь у покращенні інфраструктурних процесів: CI/CD, observability, operational excellence.
• Тісна співпраця з product-командою та стейкхолдерами для реалізації end-to-end рішень у домені.
• Проведення code review з фокусом на best practices, code quality та maintainability.
   

Що для цього тобі знадобиться?
 

• 5+ років досвіду в backend-розробці.
• Комерційний досвід роботи з Golang.
• Досвід роботи з PHP (бажано Symfony або Laravel).
• Розуміння idiomatic Go patterns, best practices та підходів до структурування Go-застосунків.
• Досвід роботи з реляційними базами даних - MySQL та/або PostgreSQL.
• Досвід асинхронної взаємодії (RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, Amazon SQS або подібні).
• Досвід роботи з кешуванням та in-memory сховищами (Redis / AWS ElastiCache).
• Infrastructure exposure: Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, observability та/або досвід troubleshooting у production.
• Досвід роботи з Linux та Docker.
• Вміння писати й підтримувати unit тести, забезпечувати якість та надійність коду.
• Навички розвʼязання проблем і здатність працювати зі складними системами або доменами.
   

Буде круто, якщо ти маєш:
 

• Досвід міграції з PHP-моноліту до Go-сервісів.
• Сильний досвід роботи з PHP 8+ (Symfony або Laravel).
• Досвід роботи з розподіленими системами та високонавантаженими сервісами.
• Досвід роботи з cloud- та container orchestration інструментами: AWS services, Kubernetes, Helm, service mesh technologies (Istio або подібні).
• Практичний досвід роботи з мікросервісною архітектурою та REST APIs.
• Знання architectural design principles: Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, DDD.

Вимоги:

• Досвід розробки на Golang — мінімум 2 роки комерційного досвіду.
• Англійська — Pre-Intermediate
• Розуміння принципів ООП та функціонального програмування.
• Досвід роботи з gRPC.
• Досвід проектування та розробки мікросервісної архітектури
