We are looking for an experienced Game Producer / Agile Project Manager to lead the development of high-quality iGaming products from concept to release. This role focuses on coordinating cross-functional team and ensuring smooth delivery across design, math, 2D art/Animation production and development (both frontend and backend).
 

The ideal candidate understands the slot game development pipeline, communicates effectively with mathematicians, developers and artists, capable of creating game concepts and ensures projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
 

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager in iGaming (Slots/Social Games/Crash or instant win games).
• Strong understanding of the slot game development process, including slot math, game mechanics, art and animation production and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the production lifecycle of slot games from concept to launch

We are looking for a hands-on Game Designer to shape core mechanics, design levels, and turn ideas into playable experiences alongside the team.

You will design puzzles, systems, and progression at every stage, from first sketch through documentation to shipped feature, working in tight cooperation with developers, artists, and animators.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Game Designer.
• 1–3 shipped products (mobile titles at least in soft launch, or released PC games).
• Strong command of technical game design documentation, game balancing, and day-to-day work in Jira and Confluence.
• Comfortable in a highly iterative R&D environment, working in close cooperation with developers.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, including active collaboration with artists and other designers inside the tool.
• Experience working with AI pipelines (e.g., generating concepts via image/video generation).
• Examples of original levels or puzzles with a clear explanation of the design intent and why they work.
• Ability to produce short, structured, and clear design specs.

• Playtest and review games in development, ensuring they meet or exceed product standards and player expectations;
• Be the go-to person for the team on all gameplay-related questions and decisions;
• Participate in certification documentation review and support test labs when needed;
• Help shape the long-term strategy and direction of our slot game portfolio.

Desired skills and requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Slot Game Producer, Product Owner, or Game Designer in a leading real-money slots company;
• A portfolio of successful live slot games with measurable market impact (high revenue, retention, or visibility);
• Deep knowledge of slot game mechanics, math models, art styles, UX, sound, and animation workflows;
• Strong understanding of current slot trends across different regions and platforms (mobile, web, land-based);
• Confident in market analysis and competitor benchmarking to generate relevant and creative product ideas;
• Excellent project management and presentation skills - able to clearly communicate game vision and rationale to both creative and technical teams;
• Fluent English - both written and spoken.
