Responsibilities:
 

• Administer and configure NetSuite: roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards.
• Support business processes across inventory, supply chain, order-to-cash, and sales cycles.
• Deliver client-facing consulting: gather requirements, map processes, propose system changes.
• Implement integrations and data work: CSV imports, RESTlets/SuiteTalk, data migrations, and reporting.
• Extend platform via SuiteScript/JavaScript and SuiteFlow for automation and customizations.
• Own releases to production: testing, documentation, monitoring, and post‑release support.
   

Must Have
 

• 3+ years of hands‑on NetSuite administration in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of SuiteScript (JavaScript), SuiteFlow, saved searches, and reporting.
• Experience with integrations and data management (RESTlets, SuiteTalk, CSV imports).
• Client‑facing experience and ability to translate business requirements into NetSuite solutions.
• Good understanding of inventory, order management, and supply chain processes.
   

Advantage

• Experience in Retail or Fashion operations.
• Background in NetSuite development, analytics, or building data pipelines around NetSuite.
• Familiarity with SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBundler, and third‑party integration tools.

Deliver reliable, well‑documented NetSuite configurations and integrations that streamline client operations, reduce manual work, and enable scalable business processes.

Experience in Retail environments, and especially Fashion, would be a significant advantage
