What You'll Do

• Own the product lifecycle from market research and hypothesis generation to product launches and post-release analysis.
• Optimize key business metrics, including Reg-to-Dep conversion, Retention, Churn Rate, LTV, and ARPU.
• Enhance user experience (UX/UI) by improving customer journeys (CJM), registration flows, KYC processes, and payment gateway experiences.
• Manage the product backlog by gathering stakeholder requirements, prioritizing features using frameworks such as RICE/ICE, and preparing clear product specifications for the development team.
• Leverage a data-driven approach by conducting A/B tests and analyzing player behavior using product analytics tools.
• Develop gamification and retention features, including loyalty programs, tournaments, bonus mechanics, and VIP initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming, with a solid understanding of online casino products (Slots, Live Casino) and/or Sportsbook.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments across different markets (Tier-1, LATAM, Asia, etc.), including a basic understanding of compliance requirements and Responsible Gaming principles.
• Technical understanding of APIs, game provider integrations, and payment service provider (PSP) integrations.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics), project management tools (Jira, Confluence), and prototyping software (Figma).
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher for competitor research and communication with international partners.

Nice to Have

• Experience launching iGaming products from scratch, including Crypto Casinos, Telegram Casinos, or mobile applications.
• Understanding of iGaming traffic acquisition channels, including SEO, PPC, and Affiliate Marketing.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• 4+ years of hands-on production experience with PostgreSQL and other relational databases.
• Strong SQL expertise, including:
  • Query optimization for high-load systems.
  • Index design and database performance analysis.
  • Transaction management and concurrency control.
  • Identifying and resolving database performance bottlenecks.
• 3+ years of commercial experience with NestJS.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Dependency Injection (DI).
  • Modular application architecture.
  • Clean Architecture and software design principles.
  • REST API design and backend service architecture.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining high-load production systems.
• Solid experience with automated testing (unit/component and integration tests).
• Experience with load and performance testing, including bottleneck analysis and validating system behavior under heavy traffic.
• Experience working with systems where financial accuracy, idempotency, transactional consistency, and auditability are critical.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-structured, and testable code.
• Full ownership of delivered functionality, from implementation and testing to deployment support, monitoring, and production incident investigation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical decisions, implementation details, and associated risks.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and independently prioritize tasks.
• Experience with code reviews, debugging, logging, monitoring, and production incident response.

🎲 iGaming Experience

• Commercial experience in the iGaming industry.
• Experience developing or maintaining backend systems for online casinos, sportsbooks, gaming platforms, wallets, payment systems, or transaction processing.
• Experience integrating third-party game providers, payment gateways, and external services.
• Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data, transactions, and third-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of the reliability, security, and data consistency requirements of production iGaming platforms.

➕ Nice to Have

• Practical experience using AI-powered developer assistants such as Cursor, Claude, or similar tools.
• Experience with Redis, message queues, background jobs, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
