The team also needs someone who can actively challenge the system, identify weak points, verify security assumptions, and help prevent vulnerabilities before they reach production.

We are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer who can work closely with infrastructure, engineering, and product teams to test web applications, APIs, authentication flows, permissions, infrastructure exposure, and overall application security.

This is a hands-on role. The main expectation is to find real risks, reproduce them clearly, document them properly, and help the engineering team validate that fixes are effective. Role We are looking for a Security Engineer who will take ownership of security testing and tightening across application, API, and platform layers.

This person should be comfortable working as part of a delivery governance team while bringing deeper security expertise into the team. The role requires practical knowledge of penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, secure testing methods, and clear communication with developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual security testing of web applications, APIs, user flows, and admin panels.
• Conduct penetration testing against staging and production-like environments.

EducateMe is an AI-native learning platform for growing US companies. We're hiring a growth operator to own a new acquisition channel: AI search.

You'll be measured on the number of SQL, not articles.

When a buyer asks ChatGPT, "what's the best LMS for a 200-person behavioral health company?" — your job is to make sure EducateMe is in the answer. That's the whole role: owning how AI assistants see, describe, and recommend us.

This is not a content manager position. Content production is ~30% of the job, and even that part is operating our AI content engine (Claude-based pipeline): prompting, editing, injecting real customer specifics, shipping. Nobody here writes articles from scratch since we operate the AI-powered content engine

What you'll own:

The channel and its number. Your KPI is AI-attributed demos/month, with citation share on our target prompt set as the leading indicator.

1. On-site assets — run the AI content engine: comparison and alternative pages, pricing content, question pages, case studies. You maintain the money pages that AI assistants cite.
2. Off-site presence — manage the Reddit agency relationship, pitch industry listicles (eLearning Industry and similar), own our G2/Capterra profiles and the review pipeline (with our CSM), keep the YouTube listing-video cadence running.
3. Measurement — monthly money-prompt tracking across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode; demo attribution analysis; a monthly "what moved and why" readout to the founder.
4. Sales enablement spillover — case studies, one-pagers, and snippets flowing to our outbound SDR and founder-led deals. The same assets serve both.

Requirements

• AI-native. Daily user of ChatGPT/Claude — you have an intuition for how AI assistants compose answers and pick what to recommend.
• Channel ownership experience. You've run a growth channel to a measurable result: traffic, leads, revenue. Any channel counts, including your own project (a site, a community, a Telegram channel you grew).
• Data-comfortable. You read analytics without hand-holding and find answers in data yourself.

CUSTOMER

Our Customer is a technology company operating supply-side infrastructure within the programmatic advertising ecosystem. The company manages a high-load ad exchange platform handling hundreds of millions of auction requests every day and is investing in advanced predictive decision-making capabilities to improve advertiser outcomes and real-time optimization processes.

PROJECT

Sigma Software is building a predictive modeling and optimization platform integrated with a live ad exchange environment. The solution enables real-time supply scoring and filtering, audience look-alike generation, contextual performance estimation, and multi-objective optimization under operational constraints.

The project combines large-scale ML infrastructure, automated model lifecycle management, multi-tenant architecture, and advanced observability practices. The team focuses on delivering reliable, reproducible, and scalable ML systems ready for long-term Customer ownership.

Job Description

• Build and maintain ML training orchestration pipelines across hourly, daily, and weekly schedules
• Implement retries, backfills, and idempotent execution mechanisms
• Design and support model registry workflows including versioning, lineage, evaluation gates, and promotion processes
• Develop isolated per-advertiser model environments with namespace and configuration separation
• Build scalable refresh pipelines and publishing workflows for serving infrastructure
• Implement shadow mode and champion/challenger deployment strategies
• Develop monitoring and alerting for ML-specific metrics including feature drift, prediction drift, train/serve skew, and calibration decay
• Ensure reproducibility of ML workflows using containerized environments, pinned dependencies, and data snapshots
• Monitor training and scoring costs across tenants
• Collaborate with DevOps and SRE engineers on CI/CD and infrastructure automation
• Prepare operational documentation and platform handover materials

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in MLOps, ML platform engineering, or infrastructure engineering supporting production ML systems
• Strong Python skills and experience building platform-level tooling and automation
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for ML workloads
• Hands-on production experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Argo Workflows, Vertex Pipelines, or similar orchestration and ML lifecycle platforms
• Experience with ML platforms and model lifecycle tools such as Vertex AI, MLflow, or Kubeflow
• Strong understanding of ML observability including drift detection, train/serve skew monitoring, and incident response
• Experience designing or supporting multi-tenant ML systems and isolated model environments
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably GCP
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
• Experience with Linux environments
• Understanding of the ML lifecycle and productionization processes

We are looking for a Recruitment Sourcer to support our Recruitment team with active candidate search and initial candidate assessment.

This role is a good fit for someone with limited experience in Recruitment / Sourcing who wants to develop strong sourcing skills and grow into a Recruiter role over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for open roles using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Review incoming applications and conduct an initial assessment of candidate profiles.
• Communicate with potential candidates when needed, present vacancies, and assess initial interest.
• Maintain a strong top-of-funnel pipeline with a target of at least 50 new relevant candidates per month.
• Keep candidate information up to date in the ATS and check profiles for duplicates before submission.
• Re-engage candidates from the internal database and previous recruitment processes.
• Work closely with recruiters, adjust sourcing approaches based on feedback, and provide brief sourcing reports.

• Occasionally manage selected Junior-level vacancies to develop full-cycle recruitment skills.

   

Main Requirements

• Basic confidence with Google Sheets, including filters, sorting, and structured data.
