About the role

This isn’t a typical corporate PM role with pre-defined processes and reporting layers — you’ll be the person who brings clarity where there’s ambiguity, and structure where there’s chaos.
You’ll work closely with strong, autonomous Product and Customer Success teams to help them stay focused, communicate effectively, and deliver impact — while building trust with stakeholders and clients along the way.
 

What makes this role unique/Challenges

• Balancing Client Expectations with Technical Realities. Clients often want a lot—and fast. Your challenge is to set realistic expectations, negotiate priorities, and help both sides (client and dev team) stay aligned
• Managing Ambiguity Client needs might be vague or evolving. You’ll need to translate unclear feedback into actionable insights without derailing timelines
• End-to-End Visibility You’ll oversee the entire product lifecycle—from gathering initial feedback to ensuring smooth, bug-free releases. Your role directly impacts the client experience and product quality
• Tight Feedback Loops This is not a slow-moving corporate setup. You’ll be part of a nimble team where decisions are made fast, iterations are frequent, and your input is valued from day one

What you’ll be doing

• Act as the main point of contact between clients/stakeholders and the development team
• Collect, evaluate, and clearly communicate client feedback and requirements
• Plan and manage the entire development cycle—from a ready MVP to a full release and further product support
• Ensure timely, high-quality, and bug-free releases
• Set clear deadlines and communicate realistic timelines to clients
• Align internal and external expectations to avoid surprises and delays
• Participate in both client-facing and internal team meetings

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Project Manager for 4+ years.
• Experience working with international B2B SaaS teams or MarTech products.
• Experience working with enterprise customers. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — both inside and outside the team.
• Fluency in English — all interviews and client-facing communication are in English.
• Data driver approach.
• Ability to explain complex ideas simply and clearly — especially to non-technical audiences.
• Confident, calm presence under pressure — you bring order, not noise.
• Strong facilitation skills — you lead with structure, not authority.
• A proactive mindset — you see problems before they grow and solve them collaboratively.

Position Overview

What You’ll Do

• Own our core product area: Take end-to-end responsibility for the core features and mechanics of the platform — from problem framing to shipped, measurable outcomes.
• Build and prioritize the roadmap: Work closely with stakeholders (customers, internal teams) to gather needs and define priorities.
• Lead discovery and shape solutions: Partner with designers, CS managers, and engineers to validate problems and find effective solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Align with other product teams, sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure your team builds the right things and ships effectively.
• Deliver measurable impact: Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate based on the findings.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS products 3+ years.
• Background in analytics or UX design is a plus.
• Understanding of UX, passion for creating useful and understandable products.
• Excellent independence and proactivity - we are looking for people who know how to move things forward.
• Ability to work at the intersection of different teams and create collaboration.
• Strong project management skills - you know how to organize a team and processes, without unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Fluent English for working in a team and communicating with clients.
• Ability to prepare for an interview: We want to see that you have familiarized yourself with our product and have ideas.

Challenges

• Freedom that demands maturity. Unlike bureaucratic companies with rigid processes, you'll work in a highly unconstrained environment. Nobody will hand you a prioritized backlog or check your work daily — you'll make independent decisions, set your own priorities, and manage your workload without micromanagement.
• Prioritization across incomparable things. The Product Squad owns most core features and mechanics of the platform, so the tasks are wildly different in nature: one week you're deep in a technical optimization, the next in a UX redesign, then in a business or compliance question. There's no single framework that ranks these against each other — you'll have to build your own judgment about what matters most right now.
• Precision and creativity at the same time. Core product means everything is interconnected: a small change in one place can ripple across features, clients, and integrations. You'll need to be careful and attentive to detail — and at the same time, the toughest problems here don't have textbook solutions, so we expect you to find creative ones rather than just safe ones.

We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who will help our US clients maximize the value of YouScan and achieve their business goals through AI-powered social listening.
This role combines strategic customer success, consulting, client growth, and revenue ownership. You will work with enterprise and mid-market clients, build long-term partnerships, drive retention and expansion revenue, and act as a trusted advisor for marketing teams at global brands.
 

About YouScan

YouScan is an AI-powered social listening platform that helps brands analyze online conversations, understand their audiences, and make smarter marketing decisions.
Our clients include global brands and agencies such as Nestlé, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, and many others. We combine AI, image recognition, and consumer intelligence to help companies “hear” their consumers across digital channels.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients in the USA market.
• Ensure high customer retention and customer satisfaction levels.
• Conduct onboarding sessions, trainings, strategic consultations, and Business Reviews.
• Help clients achieve measurable business outcomes using YouScan.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
• Manage renewals and proactively minimize churn risks.
• Analyze usage metrics, customer health, and engagement.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.
• Handle complex negotiations and customer escalations.
• Help clients integrate social listening insights into their marketing and business processes.
• Participate in creating customer education content: webinars, FAQs, case studies, knowledge base materials, and trainings.
• Working hours: 3 PM – 12 AM Kyiv time.

Functional Responsibilities

• Consult and train English-speaking YouScan users.
• Deeply understand clients’ business goals and use cases.
• Build success plans and adoption strategies.
• Manage contracts, renewals, payments, and tenders.
• Analyze user behavior and customer feedback.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-have:

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Experience working in SaaS B2B companies.
• Experience working with the USA clients.
• Experience managing enterprise clients.
• Experience driving retention, renewals, and expansion revenue.
• Proven measurable retention and growth results.
• Fluent English (C1–C2).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience handling complex negotiations and escalations.
• High level of self-organization and ownership mindset.
• Proactive, problem-solving approach to work.
• Experience conducting onboarding sessions, trainings, and workshops.
• Understanding of marketing, social media, online reputation management, and consumer insights.
• Knowledge of AI / MarTech / Social Listening is a strong advantage.
• Location - worldwide, preferably Ukraine.
