Your Mission:
Create exceptional user experiences by implementing visually stunning and high-performance front-end solutions that make our complex product intuitive and delightful to use. You'll be working on bringing innovative ideas to life through clean, efficient, and maintainable code. 

Challenges & Responsibilities:
As part of our team, you will contribute to the continued development of a large-scale system of custom dashboards used by major clients. You’ll play an integral part in shaping how data is processed, visualized, and experienced at scale.

Key challenges and areas of focus include:

• Designing and implementing high-quality, performant data visualizations — both by leveraging existing libraries and developing custom solutions where necessary
• Handling large and complex datasets efficiently, ensuring responsive, scalable and efficient UI behavior
• Driving UX improvements based on real-world usage patterns, with an emphasis on clarity, interactivity, and usability
• Contributing to the evolution of a mature, growing codebase with a focus on clean architecture and long-term maintainability
• Collaborating closely with the best team ever to deliver end-to-end features that align with both technical and business goals
• Balancing technical constraints with product priorities, always aiming for solutions that bring tangible value to users

This role requires a developer who is technically strong, product-aware, and attentive to the finer details that distinguish a good interface from a great one. 

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 4+ years of commercial experience in front-end development
• Demonstrates strong proficiency in React ecosystem
• Possesses excellent CSS skills and an eye for details
• Has experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Can translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions
• Communicates effectively with cross-functional teams
• Worked in IT Product company or startup for the last few years.
• Location - Kyiv!

Bonus Points if you:

• Had a project connected to creating dashboards.
• Have experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Highcharts.js, etc.)
• Have worked on SaaS products or applications with complex user interfaces
• Have experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)

You may have heard the joke that data is the new oil, believe it or not, we are fueling the entire company:)

We’re responsible for collecting, structuring, and storing huge amounts of data — ~1BLN new documents from the web daily. Our team is 4 people at the moment, and we’re looking for one more to join.

Your Responsibilities

• Expand and optimize data collection across major social platforms, forums, news, blogs, etc making it faster, more reliable, and more cost-effective.
• Improve our existing solutions  — make them smarter, more stable, and predictable.
• Dive deep into various social platforms (large and niche), forums, news, blogs, etc to understand their mechanics and discover new ways to extract valuable data.
• Participate in architectural discussions, write clean and maintainable code, and deploy it to production (we deploy many times per day).
• Support your code in production through proper monitoring — metrics, logs, and alerts.
• Own tasks end-to-end, including complex and ambiguous ones.
• Quickly understand problems with minimal context — being able to “get it” from a couple of words.
• Understand and work with unfamiliar code, legacy or otherwise.

Stack and Tools
 

• We use C# as our main language, always relying on async IO and utilizing TPL DataFlow for complicated processing pipelines.
• Microservices are hosted on Azure. We extensively use Azure Queues and Tables Services for communication and storage, and Redis when needed.
• We’re using .NET Core and Kubernetes, write our Infrastructure as a code, and run it with Terraform. We use GitHub Actions for build and deploy.
• We love predictability: metrics on Prometheus / Victoria Metrics + ELK for logs, alerts integration to Slack. Proxyman / Fiddler / Mitmproxy and ad-hoc playgrounds are our daily tools as well.
• We also have a few apps written in Python and NodeJS.

Required Experience

• 3–4+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Worked in IT Product company or startup for the last few years.
• Strong experience with large-scale data collection and ETL processes.
• Understanding of rate limits, throttling, captchas, anti-bot systems.
• Experience with reverse engineering web protocols / platform APIs is a big plus.
• Experience building and maintaining high-load systems.
• Experience with Azure Queue/Table Storage is a plus.
• Ability to write clean, readable, maintainable code.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Requirement: Location
 

You must be located in Kyiv or Kyiv Region.

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional to take full ownership of our global events strategy and its implementation. 

We already participate in and organize a wide range of events – from our own webinars to offline meetups to sponsored presence at the global industry conferences. Now we need a teammate who will lead and own this line of work, ensuring every event drives lead generation, brand awareness and visibility for YouScan.

Given the scale and strategic importance of events for our growth, we need a professional who will take full ownership of this line of work – from planning to execution.


Responsibilities

You will manage the entire events marketing function across all markets – the US, the UK, EU, Ukraine, and LATAM – covering online, offline, owned, and sponsored events.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Strategy & Planning: Build and maintain a global events roadmap aligned with our marketing goals and ideal customer profile.

• Research & Evaluation: Identify new event opportunities (conferences, expos, summits, webinars) that are relevant for YouScan.

• Execution & Project Management: Manage all event logistics from start to finish – sponsorship negotiations, booth coordination, speaker arrangements, collateral production, internal alignment, deadlines, and budget management.

• Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer success, product) and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

• Creative Contribution: Bring fresh ideas for how we can make our brand stand out – through booth concepts, speaker participation, interactive formats, and post-event content follow-up.

• Measurement & Reporting: Track results, analyze metrics, and present insights and recommendations for future events. 

Who we’re looking for
You’re an organized multitasker who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys turning plans into flawlessly executed experiences. You combine strategic thinking with operational precision – and you’re comfortable owning projects from start to finish.

• Experience in events marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS; experience with international events.

• Proven ability to manage both online and offline events across multiple regions.

• Advanced English (C1-C2). 

• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills – you can manage multiple events at once and keep all details under control. 

• Strong project management mindset, with a love for structure, processes, and clear timelines. 

• You respect deadlines, and you’re comfortable reminding others about them. 

• High level of professionalism in negotiations, business correspondence, and partner relationship building. 

• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Proactive and ownership-driven. You don’t just follow the roadmap, you help build it.

• Досвід роботи Єдиним бухгалтером / заступником головного бухгалтера не менше 2 років;
• Знання BAS, Quickbooks бажано
• Досвід роботи з Біт-Фінанс або іншими управлінськими системами;
• Англійська Upper Intermediate/Advanced.
