We're building a completely new product – Tiger Finder, an AI-powered influencer discovery platform – and looking for a Product Lead who'll lead the product and play a key role in shaping its future.

This isn't a traditional product role where you inherit roadmaps and spend your days writing tickets. You'll own the product roadmap and day-to-day product decisions, work directly with customers, and be responsible for making Tiger Finder better every week.

You'll collaborate closely with the company's founder and CEO on the long-term vision, while having the autonomy to make product decisions yourself. This is an opportunity to lead an early-stage product where your decisions will have a direct impact on the product, the business, and our customers.

We're looking for someone with a strong product mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit. Someone who enjoys talking to customers, spotting opportunities, validating ideas, and turning them into product capabilities people love.

You'll work with an experienced and highly motivated team that's building an exciting product from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and prioritize what gets built next.
• Talk to customers and users to deeply understand their needs, workflows, and pain points.
• Turn insights into clear product priorities, requirements, and experiments.
• Work closely with designers and engineers to ship valuable features quickly.
• Analyze product usage and business metrics to guide product decisions.
• Optimize the entire self-serve user journey, from onboarding and activation to conversion, retention, and monetization.
• Work closely with Marketing and CS to improve product-led growth.
• Regularly interview customers and prospects to validate ideas, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities.
• Represent Tiger Finder in customer calls, product demos, and industry conversations to continuously learn from the market.
• Stay on top of trends in influencer marketing, creator economy, AI, and competing products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Manager, Product Lead, or similar product leadership experience in SaaS companies. Your most recent experience should be in a product company or startup.
• Experience leading product-led growth (PLG) initiatives for self-serve SaaS products.
• Proven experience optimizing self-serve SaaS funnels, including acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and monetization.
• Experience conducting customer interviews and usability testing.
• Fluent spoken and written English. You'll regularly interview customers, run product demos, and collaborate with international partners.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence in making data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to align designers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders around product priorities.
• Experience partnering with marketing teams to optimize user acquisition, activation, and conversion for self-serve SaaS products.
• Good understanding of SaaS marketing channels, attribution, and growth tools.
• High ownership and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
• Ability to balance customer value, business impact, and engineering effort when making prioritization decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt.
• Experience in the martech space is a strong plus.

• Amplitude for product analytics.
• Google Analytics (GA4).
• Intercom for customer communication and product feedback.
• Stripe, including subscription plans, trials, billing flows, and payment-related conversion optimization.
