Your work:

• Find and qualify leads exclusively via LinkedIn
• Schedule meetings for the sales team
• Keep CRM up-to-date and track your results
• Use AI tools (including ChatGPT) to speed up research, messaging, and lead enrichment ( Reply.io, Expandi, Hunter.io, Snov.io)
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team during outreach campaigns
• Continuously improve your LinkedIn outreach using data and feedback

We expect:

• 1–2 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation / SDR (IT experience is a plus)
• Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar)
• English — confident for business communication
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and disciplined approach
• Proactive and organized
• Sense of humor 🙂

What you’ll do:

• Assist the PM in managing small projects from initiation to delivery
• Communicate with clients, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable tasks
• Participate in pre-sale estimations together with the PM and development team
• Support implementation of project methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Monitor timelines, scope, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes
• Create and maintain project documentation and reports
• Prepare meeting notes, follow up on action items, and help facilitate communication between stakeholders
• Support team motivation and transparency of processes
• Grow step-by-step into handling projects independently under the guidance of the lead PM

What we expect from you:

• Completed courses in Project Management
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies and software development lifecycle
• Understanding of MVP (Minimum Viable Product) concepts and feature prioritization
• Familiarity with scheduling and project tracking tools (Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, Youtrack). Willingness to learn is enough if you are not familiar with some
• Ability to break tasks into smaller deliverables
• Analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team and clients
• Willingness to learn pre-sale estimations and client interaction
• Upper-Intermediate English, spoken and written
• Good sense of humor 🙂

Шукаю в команду відділу аутсорсу фулстек-розробника із комерційним досвідом від 2-ох років.

Потрібні навички:

- NestJS,

- TypeScript,
- Vue 3 (composition API), Vuex/Pinia, Vue router, Vuelidate

- HTML, CSS, JS, adaptive design,

- REST API,

- Webpack/Vite (вміння настроювати)

- знання хоча б одного з UI фреймворків: Tailwind CSS, MUI..., ESLint (работа, настройка), i18n

Було би плюсом мати досвід:

- AWS Lambda або GCP Function

- AWS SQS або GCP Pub Sub

Англійська: не нижче В1.

Про співпрацю:

Шукаємо Fullstack-розробника (Vue + Laravel) до аутсорс-команди

Ключові вимоги (2+ роки комерційного досвіду):
Frontend:
- TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JS (adaptive/responsive design)
- Vue 3 (Composition API), Vuex/Pinia, Vue Router, Vuelidate
- Досвід роботи з REST API
- Webpack або Vite — вміння конфігурувати
- Один із UI-фреймворків: Tailwind CSS, MUI тощо
- ESLint — налаштування й робота
- i18n — досвід інтеграції

 

Backend:
- PHP 8.1+, Laravel 8+
- Вміння верстати адмінки (html/css/js)
- Розуміння Laravel-команд (php artisan tinker, debug через нього)
- Базова робота з AWS (S3, EC2, RDS)

Буде перевагою:

- Досвід з AWS Lambda або GCP Functions
- Знання AWS SQS або GCP Pub/Sub
 

Англійська — не нижче рівня B2 (технічна комунікація, листування)
 

Умови співпраці:
