The Role

We are looking for a Middle Data Analyst to own and improve analytics infrastructure across Sales, Marketing, and operational teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, business metrics, reporting systems, and process optimization — and who can independently turn raw data into practical business recommendations.

You will work closely with stakeholders across departments, helping teams better understand performance, identify bottlenecks, and make faster data-driven decisions.

What You Will Do

Business Reporting

Develop and maintain reporting systems and dashboards for operational, sales, and marketing teams.

Analytics & Decision Support

Analyze business performance, identify trends and inefficiencies, and provide recommendations based on data.

Dashboard Development

Build interactive Power BI dashboards with clear visualization logic and scalable data models.

Data Infrastructure Support

Work with data collection, transformation, validation, and preparation processes across multiple sources.

KPI Monitoring

Track key business metrics, identify anomalies, and improve visibility into company performance.

Candidate Expectations

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a tech, SaaS, or operational environment
• Strong SQL skills and confidence working with complex datasets
• Practical experience with Power BI, DAX, and dashboard architecture
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources
• Understanding of data validation and reporting accuracy
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

As we scale our distribution infrastructure, we are looking for a Social Media Account Farmer who can help us build and prepare platform-ready accounts for long-term, stable usage across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.

The Role

We are looking for a Social Media Account Farmer / Account Warming Specialist responsible for creating, warming, and maintaining social media accounts before they are transferred to SMM and distribution teams.

This role is highly operational and process-driven. The main goal is to create accounts that appear organic, trusted by platform algorithms, and technically prepared for active content operations.

You will work closely with the traffic and distribution team, helping ensure account stability, scalability, and long-term survivability.

What You Will Do

Account Registration & Setup

Create and configure new social media accounts across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and others.

Account Warming

Execute warming strategies designed to build trust, activity history, and algorithm credibility before accounts enter active usage.

Behavioral Simulation

Simulate natural platform behavior during the warming phase through posting, browsing, following, commenting, engagement, and activity balancing.

Initial Growth & Engagement

Support basic account growth signals such as early engagement, profile activity, followers, and content interaction.

Profile Optimization

Prepare account profiles, bios, avatars, highlights, links, and basic branding elements according to internal guidelines.

Account Health Monitoring

Monitor restrictions, shadowbans, suspicious activity, login issues, or platform-related flags.

Documentation & Handoff

Maintain organized documentation for each account, including credentials, warming progress, device/proxy setup, and transfer status before handoff to SMM Managers.

Stay up to date with platform algorithms, moderation systems, anti-spam policies, and account safety best practices.

The Role

We are looking for a Content Creator / Junior Video Editor to support high-volume short-form and AI-assisted content production.

This is a hybrid creative + execution role designed for someone who enjoys working across different content tasks and is comfortable balancing both editing and process-driven production work.

The role goes beyond traditional video editing.

Alongside editing Reels and short-form videos, you will also work with AI-generated visuals, basic sound design, and AI-content assembly workflows.

This is not a highly cinematic or perfection-focused editing position.

We are looking for someone practical, fast, adaptable, and comfortable working inside structured production systems with a mix of creative and operational tasks.

What You Will Do

Short-Form Video Editing

Edit short-form content for:

• Instagram Reels
• TikTok
• YouTube Shorts

using archive footage, materials, BTS content, and creator assets.

Content Repurposing

Transform existing footage into platform-native short-form content while maintaining creator identity and audience relevance.

AI Video Assembly

Work with partner-provided AI-generated clips and assemble them into publish-ready short-form videos.

Typical tasks include:

• combining short AI clips into Reels
• adding pacing and structure

• applying music and simple editing logic.

   

AI Video Sound Design

Add sound effects and basic audio layers to AI-generated videos that arrive without sound.

This includes:

• ambient sounds
• reactions
• environmental audio
• simple music placement

The goal is not advanced cinematic sound design, but creating publish-ready content.

AI Image Creation

Generate static AI visuals based on internal requests and content needs.

No advanced prior experience is required — training and workflows will be provided.

Template-Based Editing

Work within predefined editing structures, references, and production workflows to maintain speed and consistency.

File & Asset Management

Organize project files, exports, and production assets in a structured and reliable way.

Candidate Expectations

• 6+ months – 1.5 years of experience in video editing or content production
• Confident use of CapCut
• Understanding of TikTok / Reels / Shorts pacing and formats
• Ability to edit quickly and maintain stable output quality
• Comfortable working with both creative and repetitive workflows
• Ability to follow briefs, references, and feedback
• Strong organizational skills and deadline discipline
