The Role

We're looking for a Head of Content who can build and lead a scalable content production system for Tier-1 markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia).

This is not a traditional creative leadership role focused only on ideas and content calendars.

Your mission is to transform content production into a predictable, high-performing operational system that consistently generates organic reach across major social platforms.

You'll work at the intersection of content strategy, production operations, audience psychology, and performance analytics—building workflows that allow creative teams to move fast while continuously improving content quality and distribution performance.

What You Will Do

Content Operations

Build and optimize the entire content production pipeline—from research and creative briefs to filming, editing, quality assurance, and handoff to the distribution team.

Create clear production workflows, ownership, and SLAs across every stage of the content lifecycle.

Continuously improve operational efficiency as production volume grows.

Content Strategy

Develop content frameworks tailored to Tier-1 audiences.

Translate platform trends, audience behavior, and performance insights into actionable creative briefs.

Ensure content is designed to maximize engagement, retention, and organic distribution.

Production Management

Coordinate collaboration between scriptwriters, creators, video editors, designers, and other creative contributors.

Establish structured filming requirements and content standards for talent.

Improve production consistency while maintaining creative quality.

Performance Optimization

Monitor key performance metrics, including:

• Hook Rate
• Watch Time
• Audience Retention
• CTR
• Engagement
• Shares

Work closely with the distribution team to analyze results, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve future content.

Use data—not assumptions—to guide creative decisions.

Content Scaling

Develop scalable approaches to content production through reusable formats, localization, AI-assisted workflows, and efficient repurposing strategies.

Increase output while maintaining platform quality standards and production efficiency.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys building systems as much as creating content.

You probably have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Head of Content, Content Operations Lead, Senior Content Manager, or similar leadership role
• experience managing high-volume content production for international or Tier-1 audiences
• deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and X algorithms
• strong knowledge of audience psychology, retention mechanics, and viral content patterns
• experience building production processes, SOPs, and scalable operational workflows
• experience leading cross-functional creative teams
• strong analytical mindset—you naturally connect creative decisions with performance metrics
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience working in creator economy, media companies, or digital publishing
• Experience implementing AI tools into content production workflows
• Experience with localization and multi-market content strategies
• Understanding of performance-driven organic distribution
• Background in growth marketing or audience development

The Role

We are looking for an AI Content Researcher to help our creative team identify relevant trends, formats, references, and content opportunities for our talents.

In this role you will analyze what works, why it works, and how a successful concept can be adapted to our talents and recreated with AI.

You will work closely with AI Content Creators, turning research into clear, actionable references that can be directly used in production.

This role is a strong fit for someone with a background in SMM, Content Management, Community Management, or Junior Creative Marketing who naturally follows social media trends, understands audience behavior, and wants to develop deeper expertise in AI-powered content production.

What You Will Do

Trend & Content Research

• Monitor Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms for emerging trends and high-performing content.
• Identify content formats, visual concepts, hooks, narratives, and creative mechanics relevant to our talents.
• Focus primarily on Tier-1 markets, especially the US.
• Track emerging formats before they become mainstream and identify opportunities for adaptation.
• Follow creators, media pages, AI creators, and trend-focused accounts to stay ahead of new content directions.

Content Analysis

• Analyze why specific content performs well or fails.
• Break down successful videos into key elements: hook, visual concept, pacing, narrative, format, sound, and audience trigger.
• Understand how platform algorithms and audience behavior influence content distribution.
• Evaluate references from a viral potential and adaptation perspective, rather than simply looking at view counts.
• Identify which elements can realistically be recreated or adapted for our talents.

Reference Development

• Build structured daily collections of relevant video references.
• Prepare approximately 30 video references per working day based on current priorities.
• Adapt research to the specific talent, audience, niche, and content direction.
• Add context and hypotheses to references so that the AI Content Creator understands what should be recreated and why.
• Clearly communicate the key idea, mechanics, and expected result of each reference.

AI Content Research

• Maintain a working understanding of current AI content-generation tools and their capabilities.
• Research which AI models and tools are best suited for specific creative tasks.
• Understand the differences between tools such as Seedance, Kling, Nano Banana, and other emerging AI solutions.
• Identify which tools can work from video references, which are primarily image-based, and which are better suited for static or motion content.
• Follow AI creators and industry experts to identify new tools, workflows, and creative possibilities.
• Continuously expand your understanding of how AI can be used to reproduce or transform successful content concepts.

Collaboration with AI Content Creators

• Turn research into clear production-ready briefs.
• Communicate the key creative idea, reference, desired outcome, and important execution details.
• Discuss feasibility with AI Content Creators and adjust references when necessary.
• Collect feedback on what works technically and use it to improve future research.
• Build a repeatable research → hypothesis → production feedback loop.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in SMM, Content Management, Community Management, Junior Creative Marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and short-form content mechanics.
• Genuine interest in social media trends and digital content.
• Ability to recognize patterns behind successful content rather than simply copying what is popular.
• Understanding of audience psychology and what makes people stop scrolling, watch, share, comment, or return.
• Strong visual and content intuition.
• Ability to work specifically with US / Tier-1 audience references.
• Strong research and information-filtering skills — you can quickly separate useful references from noise.
• Ability to structure large amounts of information clearly and turn it into actionable recommendations.
• English level sufficient for researching and understanding English-language content and communicating within the team.
• Basic understanding of AI content-generation tools and their capabilities.

We are not looking for an AI tools expert. You don't need to have deep hands-on experience with every generation platform. What matters more is your ability to understand what a tool can do, quickly learn new solutions, and connect AI capabilities with content ideas.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Client Success Manager to own the day-to-day health of a portfolio of high-value Talents. You will identify risks early, understand what is causing them, and coordinate Traffic, Sales, and Operations to resolve them.

This role is responsible for turning Talent feedback, performance signals, and delivery issues into clear actions: gathering the right people, defining owners and deadlines, following up on execution, and escalating when needed. You will also identify recurring issues and improve the processes behind them.

Your focus is Talent retention, satisfaction, capacity, and consistent content delivery — not simply passing messages between Talent and internal teams.

What You'll Own

Talent Relationship Strategy & Retention

• Own the health and retention of an assigned portfolio of Talents, with clear accountability for churn and satisfaction outcomes.
• Design and run a proactive check-in cadence that surfaces workload, morale, and capacity issues before they become problems.
• Build recovery and re-engagement plans for at-risk Talent, and track execution to close.

• Identify and act on early disengagement signals, even when Talent says "all good." Use behavioral patterns, delivery consistency, communication quality, workload, and performance data to assess the real health of the relationship.

   

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Own the cross-functional resolution of Talent-impacting issues. When internal departments’ decisions create risk for Talent satisfaction, performance, capacity, or retention, identify the root cause and drive the resolution.
• Convene the appropriate team leads, collect the necessary context and feedback, define a clear action plan with owners and deadlines, and track execution through resolution.
• Represent the voice of Talent in internal strategy conversations, balancing growth targets against Talent wellbeing and capacity.

• Challenge assumptions and escalate when needed. You are expected to bring a clear recommendation and drive a decision when priorities conflict across departments.

   

Communication & Operational Excellence

• Own how Talent stays informed — company updates, experiments, policy changes, best practices — and set the standard for how that communication is structured and timed.
• Set and enforce SLAs for response times and issue resolution across your portfolio.

• Drive clean, structured documentation: meeting summaries, decisions, owners, and deadlines tracked in ClickUp.

   

Content Activation & Delivery

• Own the briefing process end-to-end: goal, angle, format, length, deadline, and quality bar, with zero ambiguity for Talent or internal teams.

• Track delivery against plan and unblock issues before they become missed deadlines.

   

Conflict Resolution & Decision-Making

• Identify misalignment early and bring data-backed solutions to the table, not just problems.
• Facilitate decisions across stakeholders and define fallback plans when things don't go as expected. When an issue is recurring, identify the process failure behind it and initiate improvements to prevent it from happening again.

What You Bring

• 4+ years in Client Success, Talent/Creator Management, or a senior Personal Assistance/Executive Support role, with direct ownership of relationship outcomes.
• Fluent, polished English (written and spoken) with a strong command of US business communication norms — you know how to set expectations and hold a hard conversation without damaging trust.
• A track record of independently managing complex escalations across multiple teams: diagnosing root causes, aligning stakeholders, driving decisions, and holding owners accountable for execution.
• Sharp prioritization and structured execution: deadline management, checklist/systems thinking, and clean written communication.

• Working fluency with ClickUp and Google Workspace; comfortable reading dashboards and drawing conclusions from basic analytics.

• Prior experience specifically in Talent or Creator Management.
• Familiarity with digital media, traffic acquisition, or sales processes.
• Understanding of influencer operations and content production workflows.
