The Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer to join our executive team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping, leading, and executing Yanarchy’s global marketing strategy. You will oversee all marketing functions, with a primary focus on building a systematic, independent organic traffic engine, scaling content distribution, driving monetization, and accelerating both talent and brand growth across international markets.

As CMO, you will transition our existing marketing efforts into a highly structured, enterprise-grade operation, combining high-level strategic planning with a hands-on understanding of the creator economy, digital media, and cutting-edge social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Brand Growth

• Define and execute the comprehensive global marketing strategy for Yanarchy and its portfolio of independent services and tools.
• Align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives to drive sales, scale revenue, and unlock new monetization models.
• Establish and maintain the positioning, messaging, and brand equity of Yanarchy and its roster of talent.

2. Content Distribution & Organic Traffic Engine

• Architect and scale a world-class, full-cycle content distribution pipeline (from ideation to advanced analytics) across major platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Reddit, and X (Twitter).
• Develop a creative “format bible” tailored to each talent, identifying and capitalizing on high-potential growth channels.
• Oversee the creation of viral, high-engagement, yet brand-safe content throughout all stages of pre- and post-production.

3. Team Building & Leadership

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing, multi-disciplinary marketing department, including creative leads, scriptwriters, video editors, SMM managers, performance marketers, posters, and designers.
• Foster a culture of data-driven creativity, bold experimentation, and continuous learning within the marketing team.

4. Data-Driven Optimization & Monetization

• Implement rigorous data tracking, analytics, and reporting structures using advanced tools (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snap, and YouTube Analytics) to turn raw insights into strategic actions.
• Design and run continuous A/B tests to optimize audience retention strategies, increase conversion funnels, and maximize traffic-to-revenue efficiency.
• Lead experimentation with new marketing technologies, emerging platforms, and innovative content formats to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience (e.g., CMO, VP of Marketing, or Head of Marketing) deeply rooted in the creator economy, digital media, or entertainment talent agencies.
• Traffic & Scale: Proven track record of launching and scaling organic traffic engines that directly contributed to significant subscriber growth, viral campaigns, and multi-million view milestones.
• Leadership: Extensive experience building, structuring, and managing cross-functional creative and marketing teams from scratch.
• Expertise: Deep, strategic understanding of social media algorithms, platform distribution policies, video formats, and digital monetization models.
• Analytics: Highly analytical mindset with advanced skills in tracking, interpreting, and presenting key performance metrics to the executive board.

Nice to Have

• Advanced experience with community building, Reddit promotion, and sub-culture moderation.
• Background in creative copy or scriptwriting for viral short-form video content.
• Established network within the US media, talent, and digital creator landscape.

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can help us transform fragmented operational data into clear reporting systems, actionable insights, and strategic visibility across teams.

The Role

We are looking for a Middle Data Analyst to own and improve analytics infrastructure across Sales, Marketing, and operational teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, business metrics, reporting systems, and process optimization — and who can independently turn raw data into practical business recommendations.

You will work closely with stakeholders across departments, helping teams better understand performance, identify bottlenecks, and make faster data-driven decisions.

What You Will Do

Business Reporting

Develop and maintain reporting systems and dashboards for operational, sales, and marketing teams.

Analytics & Decision Support

Analyze business performance, identify trends and inefficiencies, and provide recommendations based on data.

Dashboard Development

Build interactive Power BI dashboards with clear visualization logic and scalable data models.

Data Infrastructure Support

Work with data collection, transformation, validation, and preparation processes across multiple sources.

KPI Monitoring

Track key business metrics, identify anomalies, and improve visibility into company performance.

Cross-team Collaboration

Communicate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and align analytics with business goals.

Process Optimization

Help improve operational workflows through analytics, automation opportunities, and structured reporting.

Candidate Expectations

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a tech, SaaS, or operational environment
• Strong SQL skills and confidence working with complex datasets
• Practical experience with Power BI, DAX, and dashboard architecture
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources
• Understanding of data validation and reporting accuracy
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical teams
• Independent and ownership-oriented mindset

• English level sufficient for internal communication and documentation
