We are actively growing and building a strong sales team. We are currently looking for a Junior ADV Manager who will be responsible for attracting, onboarding, and developing relationships with advertisers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Traffic sales: working with advertisers throughout the entire sales cycle;
• Cold outreach: independently searching for new advertisers, initiating communication, negotiating, closing deals, and integrating partners into our system;
• Building your own partner base: developing a portfolio of advertisers from scratch with the support of a Team Lead;
• Traffic optimization: analyzing performance statistics, working with reports, and monitoring financial and legal aspects of cooperation;
• Market research: monitoring competitors, industry trends, and new monetization models;
• Excel reporting: preparing daily and periodic performance reports and analyzing results;
• Business trips & conferences: attending industry events, expanding your professional network, and building new business connections.

What we’re looking for:

• Sales experience: previous experience in advertising or affiliate marketing is not required. B2B sales, active outbound sales, cold calling, objection handling, and deal-closing experience are highly relevant;
• Interest in ADV / affiliate marketing: you may be new to the industry, but you should have a commercial background and a strong motivation to learn. We are ready to teach you the specifics of the field from scratch;
• Proactivity and motivation: you don’t wait for tasks — you actively look for new opportunities, contacts, and ways to improve results;
• Long-term mindset: we are looking for someone who wants to grow within the company, develop strong expertise, and increase their earning potential;

An international holding company is expanding its affiliate team and is looking for a Junior Affiliate Manager.

We are looking for someone who is already familiar with affiliate marketing and wants to continue developing in this field as part of an international team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Searching for and onboarding new affiliate partners;
• Maintaining communication and developing relationships with existing partners;
• Supporting traffic launches and assisting partners throughout all stages of cooperation;
• Monitoring key performance indicators and traffic quality;
• Working with offers, GEOs, and partnership terms;
• Maintaining and updating the partner database;
• Collaborating with the team and contributing to the development of the affiliate direction.

What We’re Looking For:
