     Responsibilities:

• Find new contacts
• Respond to incoming inquiries
• Follow up with new contacts and send them a price list
• Push replies from advertisers to whom I sent a price list last week
• Request payment and placement materials from advertisers: posts, banners, ratings information, add publication dates to the campaign
• Coordinate materials
• Enter all payments to finance departments and your own spreadsheets
• Navigate through Telegram channels and other media outlets, gather advertisers, and follow up with them
• Discuss media partnerships, coordinate materials and publication dates
• Weekly meeting on Friday at 1:00 PM

     Requirements:

• Experience in sales/account management/affiliate/media sales is an advantage
• Skills in business correspondence and communication with partners
• Ability to independently search and attract new advertisers and contacts
• Experience with Telegram, spreadsheets, and basic reporting
• Attention to detail when working with materials, payments, and publication dates
• Skill in multitasking and meeting deadlines
• Ability to negotiate and support partners at all stages of placement
• Basic understanding of advertising placements, banners, posts, and media partnerships
• Proactive, responsible, and proactive approach to work
• Willingness to participate in weekly meetings and team communication

• Knowledge and understanding of the traffic arbitrage market is a plus

Media Buyer (Facebook | Nutra)

About Us

We are a performance marketing team focused on affiliate marketing and traffic acquisition. We are currently scaling our Nutra direction and looking for a Media Buyer who is experienced with Facebook Ads, data-driven decision-making, and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns.
• Work with Nutra offers and funnels.
• Prepare, test, and analyze creatives.
• Validate and optimize ad funnels before scaling.
• Warm up and prepare advertising accounts for launch.
• Coordinate tasks with creative, farming, and technical teams.
• Monitor campaign profitability and performance.
• Analyze key metrics such as ROI, CPL, CR, EPC, and others.
• Maintain internal reporting on creatives, campaigns, and landing pages.
• Use spy tools and research new market opportunities and approaches.

Requirements

• 3–6+ months of experience in affiliate marketing/media buying.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads as the primary traffic source.
• Experience in Nutra
• Ability to provide cases, statistics, or examples of successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of unit economics and performance metrics.
• Experience with tracking platforms (Keitaro or similar).
• Ability to independently analyze and optimize funnels.
• Understanding of creative production processes and briefing creatives.
• Basic skills in photo/video editing tools will be a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and result-oriented approach.

Що потрібно буде робити

• Обробляти вхідні заявки від кандидатів;
• Проводити співбесіди іспанською мовою;
• Оцінювати кандидатів та перевіряти їхню відповідність вимогам проєкту;
• Мотивувати кандидатів пройти навчання та вийти на роботу;
• Супроводжувати кандидатів на всіх етапах - від першого контакту до виходу на першу зміну;
• Підтримувати комунікацію через WhatsApp, Telegram та відеодзвінки;
• Щодня працювати з великою кількістю кандидатів;
• Вести CRM, таблиці та внутрішню звітність;
• Виконувати KPI щодо обробки кандидатів, проходження навчання та виходу на роботу.
