Requirements:

• At least 1 year of commercial experience with Facebook Ads (gambling);
• Expertise in Tier 1,2 markets;
• Working effectively with a high daily budget;
• Understanding of specifics of the Meta system algorithms;
• Ability to find and correctly scale working connections;
• Generate and test new hypotheses;
• Ability to provide technical specifications to creatives and technicians;
• Understanding and ability to work with basic metrics;
• English — pre-intermediate;
• Result-oriented person with high stress management skills;

• Creative and adaptive mindset.

   

Responsibilities:

• Creation and launch of Facebook advertising campaigns;
• Searching and testing new approaches and connection;
• Testing new hypotheses and displaying statistics on them;
• Creation of technical specifications for the creation of creative materials and texts;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and their optimization;

• Reporting on advertising campaigns.

Our goal is to create an industry benchmark agency with cutting-edge expertise in CPA traffic, Gambling vertical, and we need a leader who can recruit, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of media buyers while driving measurable results.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Team Lead Media Buyer.
• Track record of nurturing and training media buyers from junior to advanced levels (proof of past success required);
• Hands-on practitioner with expertise in creating and optimizing campaigns.
• Strong experience with CPA traffic, focusing on testing caps and scaling profitable results.
• Deep understanding of traffic quality, GEO-specific strategies, and sustainable approaches

• Established expertise in top GEOs with a proven ability to perform and scale.

   

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a team of media buyers, focusing on training and developing junior talent into high-performing professionals.
• Develop, launch, and optimize CPA campaigns with a focus on top-tier GEOs and traffic quality.
• Share expertise in creating, testing, and scaling profitable campaigns that ensure ROI and redeposit rates.
• Provide hands-on guidance, from crafting working strategies to testing hypotheses and identifying successful combinations.
• Focus on delivering consistent test cap scaling and transitioning to high-performance caps in CPA campaigns.

• Analyze market trends, maintain an up-to-date understanding of approaches for different GEOs, and utilize strategies that prioritize quality traffic and profitability over low-value tactics.
