We’re looking for a new addition to our video production team in Kraków — a Vlogger. 

Opinion Corp is an international company with 19 years of experience in customer service and consumer advocacy. We have created one of the most popular English-speaking online platforms for collecting reviews and complaints about companies, goods and services in the Western market. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct videos in one of the studios in Kraków on different consumer-related topics
• Generate, research, and pitch ideas for videos
• Assist with the assembly of the video
• Stay current on corresponding industry trends for possible opportunities to create stronger and more engaging video content

Requirements:

• Be located in Krakow 
• Work experience as a journalist or a host of some shows 
• Excellent command of English (native speaker level) 
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills are required 
• Public speaking experience 

Will be a plus:

• Experience as a vlogger or journalist 
• If you have a portfolio, we will be happy to view it

PissedConsumer's mission is to build communication bridges between consumers and brands to help them achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• English: Advanced written English is a must. Spoken English at Upper-Intermediate is acceptable.
• Experience: 1.5–2+ years as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or Technical Writer.
• Research: Strong ability to conduct deep research, verify facts, and synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Understanding of content performance metrics and how to track them.
• Experience with the following tools: 
• WordPress
• Basic HTML (text formatting, links, headings)
• SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Nice-to-have

• Experience in IT, SaaS, B2B services, or business-focused topics.
• Experience creating long-form analytical content.
• Understanding of the marketing funnel (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU) and how to map content to user journey stages.
• Experience with LinkedIn publishing and distribution strategies.
• Understanding of Generative Engine Optimization and how to structure content for LLM citation.

Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality content for the company website, including service pages, landing pages, and SEO-driven blog posts.
• Produce lead-generation materials such as case studies, whitepapers, analytical reports, and newsletters.
• Conduct preliminary research on competitors, industry trends, and data collection to extract valuable insights.
• Proofread and edit existing content.
• Participate in editorial planning and content strategy development. 
• Prepare detailed content briefs and outlines.
• Manage content publication on the website and LinkedIn.
• Track content performance using GA4/Ahrefs and prepare periodic reports with actionable insights.
