We are looking for a Middle AQA Engineer to join our team. You will work on an innovative Real-Time Collaboration Platform including Conferencing, Audio calls, Integrations and Chat as well as multiple other services.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Define test automation strategy
• Test data and test environment preparation
• Test case adjustments for automated testing needs
• Creating E2E regression, functional and Visual Regression Testing autotests
• Creating API autotests
• Analysis of regression reports and raising bugs effectively
• Maintaining and improving the automated testing framework
• Taking an active part in Kanban meetings, using Kanban/DevOps practices and techniques
• Using, analyzing, maintaining, and improving QA processes and practices, as well as implementing new practices that will optimize the delivery of work items on all stages

What You Bring to the Team 

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a QA Automation
• Advanced experience in auto-testing web and mobile apps using Javascript, Appium, and one of auto-testing frameworks (WebdriverIO, Playwright, Selenium etc.)
• Basic experience with Git
• Linux knowledge (user / confident user)
• Solid understanding of test design techniques and types of testing
• Good knowledge of QA Automation best practices
• Good communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, attentiveness, and good learning skills
• At least intermediate level of English

Now, it would be fantastic if You 

• Have experience in test automation with WebdriverIO
• Have experience in CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Gitlab CI etc.)
• Have experience with cloud technologies (AWS)
• Worked with TestRail, JIRA

About The Role

About The Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our Salesforce environment

In this role, you will have a significant impact on ensuring the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for both testing, bug fixing and administrating Salesforce to maintain its optimal functionality and support our business processes. 

The ideal candidate is proactive, technically curious, confident with Salesforce fundamentals, and enjoys making things work better.

What You Will Do…

• Conduct thorough system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to identify and report defects or inconsistencies
• Work closely with stakeholders during user acceptance test by collecting their feedback to make sure new features and settings meet the needs of the business.
• Collaborate with the dev team to address bug-fixing tasks and system improvements.
• Support system monitoring tasks, such as overseeing key integration flows, identifying failed records, applying corrective actions when possible, or escalating issues requiring technical intervention.
• Work within a structured schedule of 10:00–19:00 UA time
   

What You Will Bring…

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals (admin-level knowledge of configuration, users, profiles, flows and basic automations, validation rules, page layouts, Data Loader, permission sets, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and provide first-line investigation and resolution.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Proactive mindset and ownership in managing tasks and recurring checks (e.g., monitoring reports, managing bug reports).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize incoming requests and tasks.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

• Hold Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator and have hands-on experience in Salesforce administration
• Have experience doing user acceptance testing (UAT)

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, including Apex, Flow, Lightning Components, and integrations with external systems. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions within our Salesforce environment, following best practices and ensuring high performance.

What You Will Do…
 

• Work closely with admins, IT, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• 2 years of proven experience in Salesforce development and configuration.

About The Role…

• Perform regression testing and other release-related QA activities
• Providing debugging (web and native mobile applications) and reporting on all test activities
• Designing and creating test documentation, including test cases, checklists, test runs, test plans, and bug reports
• Preparing test environments and test stands
• Reproducing, troubleshooting, and assisting Support/other DEVs/QAs with issues
• Taking an active part in Kanban meetings, using Kanban/DevOps practices and techniques
• Using, analyzing, maintaining, and improving QA processes and practices, as well as implementing new practices that will optimize the delivery of work items on all stages

What You Will Bring…

• 3+ years of experience in software QA (web and native mobile)
• Solid understanding of test design techniques and types of testing
• Good knowledge of QA methodologies and processes
• Experience testing APIs
• Knowledge of HTTP protocol and web application architecture (Front End, Back End)

About The Role

This role will update the database and ensure that databases are functionally monitored and backed up.

This person will work for the US Market and will be part of the Wildix Global Marketing Team, made of 45+ professionals spread all around the world, and will collaborate with Web & Digital, Comms & Copy, Products & Tech Marketing departments.

What You Will Do…

• Manage the database by ensuring the availability and reliability of Accounts & Contacts information 
• Profiling and finding new Accounts & Contacts based on B2B Target Criteria 
• Add new companies from the US market to the CRM on a quarterly basis.
• Regularly clean and update existing contacts in the CRM, focusing on the Americas market.
• Create detailed reports on updated contacts to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare tailored lists for BDRs based on their specific requests and purposes, including outreach, follow-ups, and targeted campaigns.
• Conduct regular meetings with Marketing Assistant (US) to ensure alignment on goals, maintain clear communication, and track progress effectively.
   
• Work within a structured schedule of 10:00–19:00 UA time

What You Will Bring…

• Experience in a similar role for a minimum of 1 year
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce is a big plus)
• PC advanced user (MAC, Office Suite, Wordpress, Google suite)
• Target and number-oriented
• Experience with Social Media  and DB tool (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, hunter.io)
• English intermediate or upper
• Familiarity with AI tools
• Data-oriented mindset
