    As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist based in the to join our team and provide outstanding customer support for our platform users.

     

    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with troubleshooting, onboarding, and ongoing support related to email deliverability, integrations, and best practices. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, and is comfortable handling support via both chat and calls.

    This role requires excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken), strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support via chat, email, and calls to assist customers with issues related to email deliverability, integrations, and platform usage.
    • Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and provide step-by-step solutions.
    • Conduct screen-sharing sessions when needed to resolve more complex technical issues.
    • Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, customer success, and product) to escalate and resolve customer issues efficiently.
    • Keep thorough documentation of support interactions and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
    • Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth adoption of our platform.
    • Ensure that your camera is always on during support calls and team meetings for a more personalized customer experience.

     

    Requirements

    ✅ 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
    ✅ Proficiency in handling support via calls (previous experience with call-based support is a must).
    ✅ Strong experience with email-related issues (email deliverability, SMTP, email warm-up, domain authentication, etc.).
    ✅ Fluent in English (spoken and written) – ability to explain complex technical issues clearly.
    ✅ Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
    ✅ Ability to work with ticketing systems, live chat tools, and CRM platforms.
    ✅ Must be comfortable working with a camera on for calls with customers and team members.
    ✅ Experience with B2B SaaS platforms is a strong advantage.

     

    Work Schedule

    • Full-time, remote.
    • Monday-Friday: 2 pm - 10 pm Ukrainian time, Sunday - half a day. 
    • During the first month of training, work hours will be adjusted to align with the team for better learning and collaboration.

    We are seeking two highly motivated and customer-oriented Onboarding Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their first month with Warmy. You will ensure a smooth onboarding experience for customers, addressing their needs and helping them get the most out of our service.

     

     

    🎯Key Responsibilities:

     

    • Conduct multiple onboarding calls with new customers, providing support throughout the first month.
    • Manage customer communications via email and WhatsApp, answering any questions or concerns.
    • Send and assist customers with the onboarding canvas to facilitate the setup process.
    • Set up new customer accounts, ensuring they are correctly configured for their needs.
    • Provide ongoing support, ensuring all customer queries are answered promptly and professionally.
    • Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance their experience and ensure long-term success.

     

    Requirements:

     

    • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Previous experience in customer support or customer success within a B2B SaaS environment.
    • Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
    • Proficiency in using communication tools such as email, WhatsApp, and Hubspot
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
    • Highly empathetic, patient, and customer-focused.

     

    Preferred Skills:

     

    • Experience in onboarding or training customers.
    • Familiarity with Warmy or similar email deliverability tools is a plus.

    Job Overview

     

    As a Manual QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our backend systems and infrastructure. Working closely with our developers, including Senior Ruby Developers, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing test plans, identifying issues, and ensuring that all deliverables meet high-quality standards. If you are detail-oriented, experienced in manual testing within complex environments, and skilled in working collaboratively with engineering teams, we’d love to hear from you!

     

    Key Responsibilities

     

    • Test Planning & Execution: Design, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, focusing on backend systems, APIs, and integrations.
    • Quality Assurance: Validate the functionality, reliability, and stability of our system by conducting manual testing on complex features and scenarios.
    • Issue Identification & Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects through their lifecycle; work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
    • Regression Testing: Perform regression testing before release cycles to ensure previously developed features work as expected.
    • Continuous Improvement: Work within Agile methodologies, suggesting improvements to QA processes and promoting best practices in testing and quality assurance.

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer, with a focus on backend testing for complex systems or platforms.
    • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of manual testing techniques and QA methodologies. Experience with backend systems, databases, and APIs.
    • Tools Knowledge: Proficiency in bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Qase, or similar). Knowledge of SQL for data validation and experience with API testing tools (Postman or similar), basic knowledge of HTML, and CSS.
    • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that even minor issues are identified and addressed.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and convey complex information clearly.
    • Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, working collaboratively with engineering and product teams to meet sprint goals.
    • Email Deliverability Experience (a plus): Any experience or understanding of email deliverability challenges would be beneficial but is not required.

     

    Bonus Experience (Nice-to-Haves):

     

    • Basic understanding of microservice architecture.
    • Basic understanding of RabbitMQ, Sidekiq.
