AnyBiz.io is a fast-growing AI-driven sales automation product, built by the same team behind Warmy.io. We help B2B companies run smarter outreach - and we need someone who can both take great care of our customers and help shape what we build next.

This isn't a support role. You'll own a portfolio of 30-50 customers end-to-end - onboarding them, auditing their outreach, and pushing their strategy until it actually works - while feeding everything you learn straight back into our Product roadmap.

Because you'll be looking at real cold email and call sequences every day, we need someone who already has a sales, biz dev, or lead gen background - someone who instinctively knows what a good (and a bad) outreach message sounds like, and isn't afraid to tell a customer their approach isn't working.

What you'll do:

Account management:

- Manage a portfolio of 30-50 customers: weekly to monthly check-in calls, ad-hoc emails

- Maintain HubSpot CRM as the single source of truth for account info and activity history

- Mitigate churn risks and capitalize on upsell opportunities

Customer performance:

- Onboard new users, from creating an account to launching their first campaigns

- Activate new users: keep tweaking the strategy until we generate first warm responses

- Proactively advise underperforming users on the strategy changes they need to make

Research & development:

- Identify and report bugs, design flaws, and other product issues that need fixing

- Participate in Product Roadmap debates - help decide what gets built, when, and how

- Assist the Product team with feature and market research, and new feature testing

- Proactively design new prompts and test new LLM models

You're the right fit if:

- You have a sales, biz dev, or lead gen background - you can look at a cold email or call script and immediately tell what's weak about it

- You're a self-starter: you push us, we don't have to push you. You learn and improve independently, without waiting for instructions

- Your English is fluent (B2+) - vocabulary is a must, accent is completely fine. More than half your day is video calls, and most of your customers are native speakers

- You're comfortable managing 30-50 accounts at once without dropping the ball on any of them

- You're genuinely curious about the product - you want a say in what gets built, not just a queue of tickets to close

- You're flexible on hours - available up to 9pm Kyiv time, since a lot of our users are in PST and some in AUS

- You're based in Vinnytsia (preferred) or Kyiv specifically, and can be on-site at least 4 days/week during probation (WFH becomes an option after)

Nice to have:

- Prior hands-on experience with prompt engineering or testing LLM models

- Background specifically in customer success or account management, on top of the sales/outreach experience
