AnyBiz.io is a fast-growing AI-driven sales automation product, built by the same team behind Warmy.io. We help B2B companies run smarter outreach - and we need someone who can both take great care of our customers and help shape what we build next.

This isn't a support role. You'll own a portfolio of 30-50 customers end-to-end - onboarding them, auditing their outreach, and pushing their strategy until it actually works - while feeding everything you learn straight back into our Product roadmap.

Because you'll be looking at real cold email and call sequences every day, we need someone who already has a sales, biz dev, or lead gen background - someone who instinctively knows what a good (and a bad) outreach message sounds like, and isn't afraid to tell a customer their approach isn't working.

What you'll do:

Account management:

- Manage a portfolio of 30-50 customers: weekly to monthly check-in calls, ad-hoc emails

- Maintain HubSpot CRM as the single source of truth for account info and activity history

- Mitigate churn risks and capitalize on upsell opportunities

Customer performance:

- Onboard new users, from creating an account to launching their first campaigns

- Activate new users: keep tweaking the strategy until we generate first warm responses

- Proactively advise underperforming users on the strategy changes they need to make

Research & development:

- Identify and report bugs, design flaws, and other product issues that need fixing

- Participate in Product Roadmap debates - help decide what gets built, when, and how

- Assist the Product team with feature and market research, and new feature testing

- Proactively design new prompts and test new LLM models

You're the right fit if:

- You have a sales, biz dev, or lead gen background - you can look at a cold email or call script and immediately tell what's weak about it

- You're a self-starter: you push us, we don't have to push you. You learn and improve independently, without waiting for instructions

- Your English is fluent (B2+) - vocabulary is a must, accent is completely fine. More than half your day is video calls, and most of your customers are native speakers

- You're comfortable managing 30-50 accounts at once without dropping the ball on any of them

- You're genuinely curious about the product - you want a say in what gets built, not just a queue of tickets to close

- You're flexible on hours - available up to 9pm Kyiv time, since a lot of our users are in PST and some in AUS

- You're based in Vinnytsia (preferred) or Kyiv specifically, and can be on-site at least 4 days/week during probation (WFH becomes an option after)

Nice to have:

- Prior hands-on experience with prompt engineering or testing LLM models

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist based in the to join our team and provide outstanding customer support for our platform users.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with troubleshooting, onboarding, and ongoing support related to email deliverability, integrations, and best practices. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, and is comfortable handling support via both chat and video calls (after 3-6 months in the company).

This role requires excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken), strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via chat, email, and calls to assist customers with issues related to email deliverability, integrations, and platform usage.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and provide step-by-step solutions.
• Conduct screen-sharing sessions when needed to resolve more complex technical issues.
• Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal teams (engineering, customer success, and product) to escalate and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Keep thorough documentation of support interactions and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
• Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth adoption of our platform.

Requirements

✅ 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
✅ Proficiency in handling support via video calls (previous experience with call-based support is a must).
✅ Strong experience with email-related issues (email deliverability, SMTP, email warm-up, domain authentication, etc.).
✅ Fluent in English (spoken and written) – ability to explain complex technical issues clearly.
✅ Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
✅ Ability to work with ticketing systems, live chat tools, and CRM platforms.
✅ Must be comfortable working with a camera on for calls with customers and team members.
✅ Experience with B2B SaaS platforms is a strong advantage.

The role

We're looking for a recruiter who has already done this — someone who has opened reqs, built pipelines from zero, run their own screens, and closed hires. Someone who's already good at it and wants to do it at scale, across markets, for a company that moves fast.

You'll own the full hiring cycle for tech and non-tech roles across Ukraine, LATAM, and Europe — from sourcing to signed contract. You won't be handed candidates. You'll go find them.

What you'll do

—  Own 5-8 open reqs at any given time — tech and non-tech, multiple geographies simultaneously

—  Source proactively across Djinni, Work.ua, LinkedIn, international boards, and creative channels — communities, direct headhunting, mass outreach

—  Run pre-screening yourself: async form or 10-15 min call, same-day written recommendation to the next step.

—  Set up automated candidate comms — confirmations, rejections, status updates — nothing manual per candidate

—  Chase scorecard completion the moment a hire is confirmed — don't open the req without it

—  Keep a live pipeline tracker that hiring managers can check at any point without asking you

—  Close roles: manage offers, negotiate, get the contract signed

—  Onboarded to all tools and channels

You're the right fit if

✓  You have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting — and you've been running screens and closing offers yourself, not just passing CVs to someone else

✓  You've independently sourced candidates across at least 2 countries — not just Ukraine

✓  You know the difference between a good SDR and a good AE, between a senior dev and a mid — and you screen accordingly

✓  Your English is fluent — outreach, offer letters, live calls with international candidates, all without HR editing

✓  You've set up automated candidate comms before — ATS templates, email sequences, or equivalent

✓  You're based in Vinnytsia and ready to work from our office — this is not a remote role
