We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales Manager who will be responsible for bringing new clients and growing together with the company.

This role is not just about Sales– we see it as a long-term growth opportunity toward Head of Sales or strategic partner level.

Responsibilities

– Conduct market research and identify target segments
– Build and maintain a structured list of potential clients
– Generate leads via LinkedIn, outbound campaigns, networking, and other relevant channels
– Own communication with prospects from first contact to deal closing
– Work closely with delivery and management teams to grow new accounts
– Support bench management by proactively bringing new opportunities
– Represent the company at industry conferences and business events in Europe
– Be ready for business trips across Europe for networking and client meetings

Nice to have:

– Experience with Upwork or other freelance platforms
– Experience selling software development or AI/ML services
– Understanding of the European or US tech market
– Existing network of decision-makers

We’re looking for a mid–senior DevOps Engineer to join a small, hands-on team that owns the infrastructure.

We run a hybrid environment: Azure plus bare metal (Hetzner and on‑prem server rooms), Talos Kubernetes, and a modern observability and GitOps stack.

You will:

• Run and evolve our Kubernetes platforms (Talos on bare metal, AKS on Azure).

• Own Infrastructure as Code and GitOps-driven delivery.

• Improve reliability, observability, security, and cost efficiency of production systems.

• Work in a fully remote, global, highly asynchronous team with a lot of autonomy.

You don’t need every single item, but you should recognize yourself in most of these:

• 4+ years in DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure roles with production ownership.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes (self‑hosted and/or AKS).

• Practical experience with Terraform and Ansible.

• Experience building and running CI/CD with GitLab CI and/or Azure DevOps.

• Strong Linux fundamentals, troubleshooting, and scripting in Bash and/or Python.

• Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, load balancers, firewalls).

• Experience working with Azure (subscriptions, basic networking, identity, security concepts).

• Exposure to Prometheus / Grafana / Zabbix or similar monitoring tools.

• Excellent communication skills and very strong written and spoken English.

• Comfortable working in a fully remote, asynchronous, global team with high autonomy.

Nice to have

• Experience running globally distributed, customer‑facing SaaS or energy/IoT systems.

• Production use of OpenTelemetry (OTEL) and modern observability stacks.

• Hands‑on with Talos Kubernetes and hybrid Azure + bare‑metal setups.

• GitOps at scale with Argo CD and self‑managed GitLab (SCM, runners, registry).

• Operating ClickHouse at scale (backup/restore, performance, retention).

• Keycloak / OIDC / SAML, ELK/Wazuh, SAST/DAST, or other security tooling.

• Background in bare‑metal operations (servers, storage, virtualization, networking).
