Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior, Fully Independent Laravel Developer to join our team and drive projects from inception to delivery. In this role, you will not just write code; you will act as a technical leader, managing client expectations, structuring project architecture, and taking absolute ownership of the development lifecycle.

As a primary point of contact for technical assessments, at least B2 in Polish is essential for seamless collaboration with our clients and network.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead and deliver complex web applications autonomously using the Laravel framework.
• Scoping & Estimation: Analyze client requirements, technical specifications, and prepare accurate project estimates and timelines.
• Client Communication: Discuss technical solutions directly with clients, ensuring clarity, alignment, and robust engineering decisions.
• Code Quality & Architecture: Design scalable, clean, and maintainable codebases, ensuring performance and security best practices.
• Project Ownership: Act as the independent technical driver for projects, managing your own tasks and deliverables effectively without micro-management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Expert Laravel Knowledge: 5+ years of professional experience with PHP and deep expertise in the Laravel ecosystem.
• Full Independence: Proven track record of running projects end-to-end, from architectural design to deployment.

• Strong Analytical Skills: Experience in evaluating client business goals and translating them into precise technical estimates.

   

• Language Skills:
  • Polish: at least B2
  • English: B2
• Front-end & Modern Stack awareness: Experience with modern front-end tech (Vue.js, React, or Livewire/Alpine.js) is a strong plus.

• E-commerce or Agency background: Experience handling fast-paced client projects is highly valued.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end e-commerce projects, bridging the gap between client needs and technical execution.

1. Requirements

• Experience: Proven, hands-on experience managing projects within the Magento / Adobe Commerce ecosystem is mandatory.
• Certification: Adobe Commerce certification is not required but will be considered a colossal advantage.
• English Proficiency: Fluency in English, level B2 or higher (C1 preferred). You will be communicating directly with international clients.
• Project Management Skills: Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage expectations and deliver under tight deadlines

2. What You Will Do

• Project Lifecycle Management: Lead full-cycle development projects from discovery and requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency, managing expectations, and building long-term relationships.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, QA, designers) to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Resource & Risk Management: Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to internal processes to improve delivery speed and project quality within the Adobe Commerce landscape.
