You'll collaborate with the project manager and development team to identify and complete user stories that align with your skill set.
Key Responsibilities

- Participate in stand-ups or team syncs, as needed.
- Maintain high responsiveness during working hours, with a strong sense of ownership.

- Ability to read logs and debug issues in production environments.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with other programming languages (bonus, not a requirement).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and basic DevOps tools.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or support capacity.
Soft Skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges.

Long-term consistency in this schedule is key, so please highlight any previous experience working non-standard hours.Ideal Candidate Traits for This Region:
- Comfortable or experienced working night shifts.
- Values remote flexibility and/or project-based autonomy.
