Bring new business to Viso by deeply understanding your target market, finding the right clients, and turning relevant opportunities into signed deals.

We believe effective outbound starts with research, not mass messaging. The better you understand a client's business, the more relevant your outreach and the stronger your chances of building a successful partnership.

💼 What you'll do

Market research

• Research your target niche: understand how businesses operate, where they make money, what challenges they face, and how they choose technology partners.
• Identify potential clients, decision-makers, and the best ways to reach them.

• Turn your findings into relevant targeting, messaging, and offers.

   

Outbound & sales

• Run outbound end to end: build target lists, write personalized outreach, follow up, and book meetings.
• Lead discovery calls, qualify opportunities, present Viso's solutions, negotiate, and drive deals toward closing.
• Manage your pipeline, track results, and continuously improve your approach.

Partnerships & international events

• Identify and develop partnerships that can bring new clients or open doors to new markets.
• Prepare for and attend international industry events: arrange meetings in advance, build relationships on-site, and follow up to turn contacts into business opportunities.

Marketing & AI

• Support client acquisition with relevant content, positioning, and marketing materials.
• Use AI tools to improve market research, prospecting, and outreach personalization.

🧠 What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in B2B Business Development, Sales, or Outbound in IT outsourcing, software development, AI / tech consulting, or digital product development.
• Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting, from building target lists to booking meetings.
• The ability to research a niche in depth and use those insights to improve targeting and outreach.
• Experience working with US, UK, or European markets.
• Experience communicating with founders, C-level executives, and other senior stakeholders.
• Confidence in running sales conversations and moving opportunities toward a deal.
• Experience with partnerships and a willingness to build new professional relationships.
• A high level of ownership: you plan your work, take initiative, and follow through on commitments.
• English proficiency sufficient to lead conversations and negotiations with international clients.
• An AI-first approach to research and business development.
• Based in Lviv and able to work from our office in a hybrid format.

Nice to have

• Experience preparing for and attending international industry events.
• Experience with marketing activities that support outbound, including content and positioning.
• Openness to business trips abroad.

Viso is an outsourcing company that has been on the market for over 3 years. We’re expanding our PMO as new projects come in, so we’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team and help keep delivery running smoothly.

It’s a hands-on operational role for a Strong Junior who already has commercial experience in IT outsourcing — we’re building a team of A-players and looking for people with exactly that potential.

💼 What you’ll do

You’ll help keep several small projects transparent and predictable for clients and the team:

• Keep clients updated — statuses, reports, and clear communication in the cadence they expect
• Track tasks, deadlines, and developer workload; make sure daily/weekly updates happen on time
• Help developers stay unblocked — coordinate with tech experts and keep the team supported
• Handle admin: time tracking, hours / scope / SLA, and HR/finance coordination (vacations, sick leave)

• Spot risks early and flag them with a possible solution — the PM makes the final call

   

🧠 What we’re looking for

• 6+ months of experience in an IT outsourcing/outstaff company in a coordination, PM-assistant, operations, or support role
• English B2 (written) — you write client statuses, reports, and notes yourself, no translator needed. Spoken B2+ is a plus
• Basic understanding of SDLC (PR, commit, sprint, backlog, release) — you don’t code, but you follow what developers discuss
• Confident with tracking tools (Notion / Jira / Asana / ClickUp)

• Comfortable with numbers — hours, limits, SLA
