Viso is an outsourcing company that has been on the market for over 3 years. We’re expanding our PMO as new projects come in, so we’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team and help keep delivery running smoothly.

It’s a hands-on operational role for a Strong Junior who already has commercial experience in IT outsourcing — we’re building a team of A-players and looking for people with exactly that potential.

💼 What you’ll do

You’ll help keep several small projects transparent and predictable for clients and the team:

• Keep clients updated — statuses, reports, and clear communication in the cadence they expect
• Track tasks, deadlines, and developer workload; make sure daily/weekly updates happen on time
• Help developers stay unblocked — coordinate with tech experts and keep the team supported
• Handle admin: time tracking, hours / scope / SLA, and HR/finance coordination (vacations, sick leave)

• Spot risks early and flag them with a possible solution — the PM makes the final call

   

🧠 What we’re looking for

• 6+ months of experience in an IT outsourcing/outstaff company in a coordination, PM-assistant, operations, or support role
• English B2 (written) — you write client statuses, reports, and notes yourself, no translator needed. Spoken B2+ is a plus
• Basic understanding of SDLC (PR, commit, sprint, backlog, release) — you don’t code, but you follow what developers discuss
• Confident with tracking tools (Notion / Jira / Asana / ClickUp)

• Comfortable with numbers — hours, limits, SLA

We’re looking for a Senior BDM & Growth Manager who owns the full sales cycle, brings in new clients, and works closely with the CEO to spot where we grow next. This is a hands-on role — you own deals end to end, from first call to signed contract.

🎯 The mission

Drive new business for Viso: find opportunities, run them from first call to close, and turn them into closed deals and revenue. Beyond the classic sales plan, you’ll help identify new markets, partnerships, and growth angles worth testing — and you’ll be the one running the experiments, not just proposing them.

This is a role for someone who doesn’t wait for a ready-made plan — you find opportunities on your own, form hypotheses, test them, and turn them into concrete results.

💼 What you’ll do

Full sales cycle (the core of this role)

• Run discovery and qualification calls, understand the client’s real business problem, shape a relevant offer, present the solution, lead commercial negotiations, and close deals.

   

Strategic partnerships

• Find and build partnerships that bring in clients, open access to new markets, or create new revenue opportunities.

   

A managed pipeline

• Build and grow a stable pipeline of new clients and business opportunities, and own its quality, momentum, and results.

   

Influence on strategy

• Bring market signals and ideas to the CEO and help shape where we grow next — testing new directions, segments, and offers through your own deals.

🧠 What we expect

• 3+ years in B2B Business Development / Sales in software development, IT outsourcing, AI / tech consulting, or digital product development.
• Experience running the full sales cycle and closing B2B deals yourself.
• Experience with consultative or solution selling.
• Experience working with US / UK / European markets.
• Strong negotiation skills with founders, C-level, and senior stakeholders.
• English at a level sufficient to run negotiations with international clients on your own.
• A high level of ownership — you find opportunities, not just wait for them.
• An AI-first GTM mindset.
• Based in Lviv and able to work from our office in a hybrid format.
