 Your responsibilities:

  1. Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, goal setting, scope, delivery
  2. Maintain daily communication with clients and stakeholders
  3. Implement and support Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
  4. Coordinate the development team, help resolve blockers
  5. Keep all project documentation up to date
  6. Identify and document risks, and create mitigation strategies
  7. Participate in discussions and negotiations for new projects

Who we’re looking for:
🧠 Hard Skills
   - Confident experience with Scrum/Agile (1,5+ years)
   - Ability to independently plan sprints and quarters
   - Experience managing 2+ projects simultaneously
   - Direct communication with clients (calls, feedback, escalations)
   - Preparation of release plans, release notes, and coordination with QA
   - Understanding of KPI, budgeting, estimations, and time tracking
   - Ability to explain tech solutions and present team/company expertise to clients

  Your responsibilities:

• Solid experience with React (advanced hooks, state management using Redux or Context API, reusable component architecture)
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript (emphasis on maintainable, strictly typed codebase)
• Basic experience with Next.js (App Router, Middleware, API routes, SSR, Static Generation)
• Practical knowledge of Tailwind CSS (responsive, utility-first design system)
