About the Role

We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our client's team, hybrid or on-site in Warsaw or Lisbon. This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial track record in the gambling, gaming, or tech industries, ready to build a new business unit from scratch.

You will drive business growth, own client relationships, and shape commercial strategy end-to-end. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and direct ownership of sales, partnerships, and P&L results. 

What You Will Do

• Design and execute a commercial strategy aligned with the company's growth and market expansion goals.
• Own sales and revenue generation, setting goals, targets, and KPIs across the commercial team.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to keep strategies sharp and relevant.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and marketing teams to align offerings with market needs.
• Manage budgets and P&L for commercial initiatives, ensuring profitability targets are met.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team.
• Ensure commercial operations stay aligned with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships and alliances that strengthen market position.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master's/MBA is a plus).
• 5+ years in senior commercial or sales roles within gambling, gaming, or tech.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing commercial teams.
• Deep understanding of the gambling industry — market trends, regulations, key competitors.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills; experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and B2B sales funnels.
• Solid grasp of compliance and regulatory requirements in the gambling industry.
• English C1; Spanish or another international language is a plus.

You will lead the technical direction of innovative products, working with modern technologies and applying an AI-first mindset to development. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both architectural thinking and active full-stack contribution, with a stronger focus on frontend development.

We are looking for a Game Producer to join our client's team — a Web3 gaming company building provably fair, blockchain-powered games. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in taking games from concept to launch, particularly within the iGaming or GameDev industry.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of game products, from architecture and mechanics to monetization strategy and post-launch optimization. About the Role

The Payment Operations Specialist ensures the smooth and secure processing of client payment transactions across the company's financial ecosystem. The role is primarily focused on monitoring and handling deposits and withdrawals, resolving operational issues in real time, liaising with payment service providers, and identifying unusual activity or potential fraud and abuse.

What You Will Do

• Monitor and support client payment operations, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Identify and resolve transaction-processing issues, analyzing root causes and conducting troubleshooting in line with internal procedures.
• Respond promptly to PSP downtime and unplanned technical maintenance, including disabling or switching payment providers when necessary.
• Liaise with PSPs during investigations, providing transaction details, error messages, client screenshots, and other supporting data.
• Act as the primary point of contact for active PSPs, communicating via Telegram, email, and other messengers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support and close payment-related cases.
• Analyze transactional data to detect unusual client activity and abnormal behavior patterns.
• Gather and analyze information to identify potential system errors and prevent abuse.
• Contribute to the optimization of payment processes and overall operational efficiency.

• Help maintain a secure, compliant, and client-oriented payment infrastructure.

   

What We Are Looking For

• Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in payment operations, financial services, PSPs, or transaction processing is a plus.
• English B1+, Ukrainian.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly navigate non-standard situations.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Confident user of Excel/Google Sheets and Google Docs.
